Description

Delightful white washed cottage converted from the old stables, which lies at the end of a single track lane adjacent to historic 5th century Llanbadrig church on the Isle of Anglesey. The beautiful coves, caves and rock pools of white lady bay are a 5 minute walk away and are always a popular spot for our guests.

Tyn Llan is the most northerly cottage in Wales and is approximately 15 minute walk from the village of Cemaes Bay with an attractive beach and various amenities.

On a clear day you can see the Isle of Man, the Mountain of Mourne and Cumbria. Make sure you keep a look out for the dolphins, porpoises and seals that can sometimes be seen in the bay. The beautiful and unspoilt coastal path stretches for 125 miles and if you want to walk it, or at least part of it we can provide maps.

“All you could ever want from a holiday cottage.”

Reviewed 25 Apr 2017

Booked 3 nights for the easter bank holiday weekend with our kids and dog. We had some trouble finding it at first but it was well worth the wait. The cottage is in a beautiful location over looking Caemes Bay, really peaceful and at times i felt like we were the only people on planet earth. The cottage itself was lovely and was kitted out with every pot, pan and utensil you could ever need which made making meals very easy. Having the sky and wifi was a real bonus aswell. The location was the perfect base with which to explore anglesey and further, we took a trip into caernarfon and onto the welsh highland railway which was a real highlight. Ann was very kind and polite and just let us get on with our stay. We will be looking to return here in the future for definite. The dog had the best 4 days of its life, exploring the fine welsh countryside.

Owner's reply: We would love to welcome you back in the future and are pleased you enjoyed your stay.

“Wonderful week!”

Reviewed 17 Mar 2017

We've just spent a wonderful week in the cottage. We had a very warm, informative welcome to such a delightful place, the cottage was everything we hoped it would be and whilst we took every day essentials, we were pleased to find that everything was provided. We had perfect weather which allowed us to walk and explore the delightful coastal paths, beaches and historical sites. We're certain to make a return trip.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your kind reveiw and it's good to hear you found everything that you needed in the cottage. The weather played its part to help make your stay great. We look forward to seeing you again in the future.

“peace and tranquility”

Very nice owners who made us feel welcome and explained how things worked without going over the top. A. very nice welcoming property, as it was March. We just wanted a quiet and peaceful few days break away from our everyday lifestyle, celebrating a special occasion. The property was very nicely fitted out and the heating system was excellent. We may well visit this property again perhaps for a longer period next year.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your reveiw hope to see again in the near future.
