Sunsets are an event in themselves on this lake front home. Prime location for boating, fishing, swimming, fall foliage, hiking, wine trails, shopping,restaurants, . On scenic Route 90, the Cayuga Lake Wine Trail. Fall festivals, Winter sports, Hunting, Fishing, Cheese and Wine Trails.( See local attractions listed at the end. ) Paradise with village amenities. Fabulous views from picture windows that let the sunshine in. Spacious bright rooms, flowing floor plan, double sliding doors living room access to backyard deck on lake front. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout, clean, comfortably furnished home. Central Air, fully equipped kitchen and a large living and dining room Two full baths remodeled spring 2018. . Deck overlooks a large private backyard lakefront with a dock.. Take a canoe out to paddle, go swimming, fishing, light a camp fire. Visit wineries, Pick apples in the fall, local produce in the summer. Optimum vacation potential because it's good for everyone. Relax in this paradise getaway or be as active as you choose. It's in a prime location. Sip a local wine, soak in the ever changing view . House rules

We provide linens and towels, however a $75 fee is applied to security deposit if not returned clean & dry.
Kids are welcome, but be aware the house is not childproofed, and there is a lake wall.The dock has a ladder to enter water. It's about 4 FT deep there.
The village has a noise ordinance and renters are required to contain noise levels within the property lines.
