“Home from home”

Reviewed 22 Oct 2015

Excellent accommodation. Easy to find. Pub and two corner shops on the doorstep with a large Morrison's not to far away. When we arrived there was milk, tea, coffee and sugar so we could brew up straight away. The beds are comfy, slept well from night one. Everything was clean and well looked after. As the title says it was like a home from home. We have a two year old border collie and she has never settled as well as she did here. Lovely garden for her to investigate. Can't wait to stay again but for longer next time.

Owner's reply: We are so a happy that your stay at our holiday home in Scarborough was a success. Cayton does have the a great dog friendly pub and as you say there is a large Morrison's supermarket on the A64. There is also a convenience store and post office in the village. Happy your pet dog settled and you had some good restful sleeps in the comfortable beds.

“Excellent property in fantastic location.”

Excellent holiday home. Clean, comfortable, safe and modern with great amenities provided. A real home from home! Free WIFI was a bonus. Only 4 miles to Scarborough by car for beach and attractions. There is also a Post Office with small shop and a nice family pub/restaurant at end of street. Owner very helpful, friendly and contactable at all times if necessary. Stayed with partner and toddler and would definitely book again if returning to that area. Toddler loved the garden at rear of property.

Owner's reply: Thank you for your review, we are so happy that you enjoyed our holiday home in scarborough. The WiFi has very good speed which we are excited about as this is a must for nearly everyone these days. The location is very handy for getting around and the local beach in Cayton is a nice walk and so clean and dog friendly as well. Thank you so much for your time in writing this review. Hope to see you all again soon,
