A former Trinity House lighthouse building approached by its own long drive, from the popular seaside village of Cawsand. 1 The Old Signal House is situated in splendid isolation on the headland at Penlee Point. Approached by 70 steps from the car park above, the house sits just above the rocks and adjacent sandy beach but is also within walking distance of the pubs and restaurants of seaside villages of Cawsand and Kingsand.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms, 1 The Old Signal House provides luxury accommodation at this spectacular spot. There are wonderful sea views from most windows with an array of ships providing continual interest. Albert, the Old Signal House seal, can be regularly spotted fishing below the house.

The house is on the seaward side of the South West Coastal Path with Rame Head a delightful level walk away. Penlee Battery just above the property is a Cornwall Wildlife Trust reserve and the headland is a popular spot for sea fishing. Queen Adelaide's grotto, an historic lookout, sits above the house.
