Tregonning is a spacious luxury Cornish home with 5 bedrooms comfortably sleeping 10 people. It is a modern, stylish property; light and airy with plenty of room. Ideal for families and friends wanting to relax and chill out whilst enjoying all the pleasures of the area. It is located at the top of the village with spectacular panoramic views over Cawsand Bay towards Noss Mayo and the constantly changing sea scape, with the naval ships heading off to sea, as well as views of the surrounding countryside. The terraced garden at the back leads onto fields where cows frequently look in and there are also views across to the woodland with deer and grazing sheep.

It is just a stone's throw down the street to the friendly village beaches and there are more than 3 miles of sandy beaches and surfing waves over the ridge at Rame Head and Whitsand Bay.

There is a well-equipped kitchen, with modern appliances, a large south facing patio with a spacious outside dining area at the front, a terraced garden at the rear and stunning sea views from every angle. Enjoy al fresco dining in warmer balmy evenings or the cosy log burning fire for those cooler periods.
