This beautiful modern New England, Shabby Chic Apartment is set in the delightful seaside village of Cawsand, looking across Plymouth Sound. The intention has been to provide superior quality accommodation for two to four persons. It is a few minutes easy walking to the local shops and beaches

The Lower Deck was completed in 2010 and re vamped begining of 2014 is a spacious apartment and could accommodate a small child or possibly two. It has an open plan living and kitchen area with a separate double bedroom and en suit shower room. This apartment has the possibility to sleep 2 small children on the double sofa bed or an extra adult. Again the apartment has its own private entrance leading to a spacious living area with it's two two seater sofas (one being the double sofa bed) the apartment has a flat screen TV with integral DVD player and sky channels, and a four seating dining table. This is open plan to the generous newly fitted kitchen, which is also fully equipped. From the kitchen there are patio doors leading out onto a private covered seating area which has views over Cawsand Bay and the surrounding country side. This is the 3rd time we have visited kean hill and each time it has been amazing! We have stayed in both apartments and both are luxury, clean and cosy! We will definatley be returning for a 4th!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Helen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
