Description

This unique property makes you feel it's your own home.

The villa was originally built in early 60' and for many years it was home to one of our most famous journalist. It's has been recently renovated to a holiday property. The entrance to the house is via a lovely garden next to a spacious terrace. On the ground floor you can find a fully equipped kitchen and diner area, a modern shower room and a living area with a sofa bed that can be used as extra sleeping place for one adult or two children. Door from the living room leads you to the pool area, hidden behind the cypress and pine trees overlooking the sea. There is a BBQ, picnic table and sun loungers on the terrace perfect for outdoor dining and relaxation. Wooden stairs lead up to the upper floor where you can find a triple bedroom (with one double and one single bed) with a sea view balcony, a twin bedroom and a shower room. There is a private parking spot for one car in front of the main gate.
The villa is fully air conditioned and equipped with all mod cons such as WiFi, sat TV, washing machine and dishwasher.

This property sits on about 1.000 sq m surrounded by lush vegetation and gardens where you can find Mediterranean spices and seasonal vegetable ready for picking up. With small paths all over the property this cozy villa is ideal for outdoor living style and relaxing holiday. Within an easy and short walk from town center, restaurants, bars and shops the villa would be suitable for a family or two couples wishing to stay in a quiet area few steps from downtown and beaches.

“Absolutely Amazing”

Reviewed 23 Oct 2019

Such a lovely villa. Very close to shops/restaurants/pubs. The rooms are nice and big and the bathrooms are fantastic. The pool area is also wonderful, and the garden is lovely - very indigenous. I would say the only downside are the steps, but that is easily overcome if you go down backwards - so not really a problem. I loved the selection of mugs and glasses. I am fussy about what type of glass I drink wine out of and it was all catered for. The owner is so friendly and accommodating. That’s what hospitality is all about. We have already booked for next year - our 4th trip to Cavtat.

Just great ! The villa was brilliantly positioned to take advantage of the views but also be close to all the restaurants etc. Easy walking distance ! The owner of this villa is amazing, a lovely man who goes above and beyond to make his guests’ stay special. Truly a relaxing holiday to remember. The garden is a bit magical too with all the different places to sit . When we dragged ourselves from the villa Cavtat is absolutely beautiful and has some lovely walks. All in all a great holiday . Thanks so much

“Superb villa, great location”

Reviewed 18 Jul 2016

The letting manager Mihaela was excellent and helped us with all our needs from organising a private taxi for collection and booking this villa. Even youth she was pregnant and had a child just before our arrival she still checked o ensure our stay was pleasant. We met the very kind owners, son and mother, who own the villa and let it out to guests. They were insistent that we treat the villa as our home from home. They were lovely and very much left us to it after a good introduction to the villa's amenities, including run through of how to find the kids cartoon channel, for those afternoons when some shade was needed for our children. We stayed with two young children and my mother and apart from minor glitch with the hot water, that was fixed immediately by the owner, everything about the villa was perfect! Clean, spacious, well equipped, beautiful gardens, lovely clean cool pool and cool shaded terraced gardens. The villa is an Ideal location with a short walk into the town. Cavtat is a beautiful town with great restaurants and beautiful scenery. We would like to visit again.
