THE TERRITORY

Cava de 'Tirreni is the gateway to the Amalfi Coast. It is located 45 km from Capodichino Airport and can be reached via the A3 Napoli-Pompei (20 km) Salerno (8 km). It is 22 km from Amalfi, 35 km from Positano, 28 km from Ravello, 50 km from Paestum. The sea is at 2.5 km in Vietri.

Cava de 'Tirreni bordered to the north with the municipalities of Nocera Superiore, Piedmont Rocca and Mercato San Severino, to the east with those of Baroda, Pellston and Salerno, south of Vietri sul Mare Maiori, on the west by Sunset. The city serves as a link between the geographical area of ??the Nocera-Sarno (flat morphology and agricultural economics and industrial) and that of the peninsula of Sorrento-Amalfi (morphology range and type of tourist economy).
