Located in a small development of 11 luxury villas, on the edge of a delightful traditional village, 5 minutes walk to the coast road, 10 mins to supermarket and 2 mins to restaurant (Malpas Hotel). 5 mins drive to beach. 10 Min from golf course and lively picturesque Kyrenia.

Being close to all attractions this is the best location in N Cyprus.

Private swimming pool, BBQ, walled, gated plot and terracing making it safe for kids. 170m2 (1900 sq.ft.) of living space plus balconies off each bedroom. Villa and furnishings are brand new. Sleeps 6 plus addl 2 with use of 2 double sofa bed.

2 bedrooms with en-suite facilities & balcony, on 1st floor (1 double and 1 twin bedded) and 1 ground floor double bedroom - great for infirm or elderly (and kids) next to WC and shower room, with patio doors leading onto main terrace

Solar power is installed - great when other villas suffer from those annoying power cuts!

Air-conditioning throughout. and central heating heating for chilly winter evenings.

Clean linen and bathroom towels provided (please bring own towels for pool & beach).

The entrance and access to terracing and pool is wheelchair friendly but wheelchairs cannot be taken into the WC/shower room.

Thanks to Annewan for this review indicating that the location is quiet. Having said that, it is also very handy for many supermarkets, bars, restaurants, beaches and attractions, all within a very short drive. Myself and Teresa have also just returned from a late November visit and enjoyed lovely weather and sun and around 20C warmer than UK! Guests should always consider holidays here, early Spring and late Autumn/early Winter and take advantage of much lower rentals.

We thank Mehmet for his honest review, which boils down to a very favourable review but for one or two negatives which do not normally exist and the pool which is a matter of personal opinion. The nearby building work over which we had no control, will be finished very soon - in fact before next Spring.The ravine vegetation grows very quickly and we could have cut this down if early in their stay if Mehmet had indicated their dislike. But this is the first unfavourable comment we have had on this issue as we do have it trimmed once or twice every year, which is normally perfectly adequate. The pool is a little less deep than many others but is favoured by families with small kids and for playing in rather than for serious swimming. I am confident that Mehmet and family will wish to return to the villa as they will remember the great qualities of the villa and its location long after the temporary impairments have been removed.

If Roger (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
