A most attractive modern construction stone built house beautiful in every respect, the panoramic sea view from it's elevated position starts from Castlehaven harbour right round over Horse Island out into the Atlantic and across to Toe Head. Located less than a mile from the popular harbour village of Castletownsend with it's many fine Bar/restaurant such as the infamous 'Mary Annes', a better sample of West Cork would be hard to find than a holiday here. Internally there is a mix of solid wood and tiled floors throughout the house, spacious rooms and very tasteful furnishings and decorations. There are four double bedrooms, three on the first floor with a family bathroom and the master on the ground floor with en suite. The luxury fitted kitchen with vaulted ceiling is open plan with the dining area and on into the living room. There is a separate lounge with picture windows to the front and a log stove, a well equipped utilitiy room, ground floor WC and plenty

The Fiddle Fair, Wooden Boat Festival, Calves Week, Food Festival, are some of the local events staged locally throughout the year.
