Description

Located in the attractive complex of El Baluarte in the town of Castillo de Baños, on the Costa Tropical. This spacious and well equipped 2 bedroom, 2nd floor sleeps 4 people with a folding bed available in the bedroom with two beds to sleep an extra child. With views of the gardens and the beach. The apartment has air conditioning and heating, and is accessible through the elevators. It is decorated with modern appliances, including a washing machine, fridge-freezer, oven, hob, microwave, TV and DVD. The complex includes a community pool and children's pool located in very beautiful gardens with the beach and promenade is next to the complex and accessible through the garden gate. The El Baluarte complex consists of only two apartment blocks, so it is a quiet place, with secure access doors and a private parking under each block. A restaurant and bar, supermarket, children's play area and a campground are a short walk away from the complex with a bank, pharmacy, bars, restaurants and beach bars and the stunning beach are only a short drive away, in the neighboring town of La Mamola. A pharmacy can also be found in the small neighboring town of Caserones, just two minutes away by car or walking quietly, as well as the famous Cafe Nico bar. The larger fishing village of Castell de Ferro, with more bars, restaurants, beach bars, nightclubs, hairdressers, banks, dentists, pharmacies, vets and gift shops, is an approximate 5 to 10 minute drive down the beautiful coastal road .

Pues todo como decía el anuncio, la piscina bien, la playa bien aunque con el levante se perdió la arena. Todo al alcance de la mano, la piscina a 10 metros y la playa a 15. Recomendado para descansar.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
