E' situato nel "Parco Uzielli" di Castiglioncello, un'area ricca di vegetazione, ad una distanza di circa mt.40 dal mare.

Percorrendo la passeggiata a mare per circa 150 mt. si trova la spiaggia, mentre i negozi distano circa 250 mt.

Tipologie di appartamenti :Trilocali per 4/6 persone (2 Camere da letto ) composti da una camera matrimoniale, angolo cottura, camera con letto a castello, divano letto in soggiorno, ampia terrazza, bagno, posto auto coperto.

Trilocale + mansarda per 6/7 persone (3 Camere da letto ) Secondo ed ultimo piano, con terrazza vista mare, composti da ampio soggiorno con divano letto, angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale, camera con letto a castello, doppi servizi, terza camera in mansarda e terrazza solarium.
