Description

27 m 2 Studio apartment fully furnished and equipped throughout, situated in the heart of the Sestiere of Castello in Venice, a few steps from Biennale of Venice, 10 minutes away from Piazza San Marco.

The area is very well served by public transport service ACTV from necessities.

The accommodation is housed in a small condo and is located on the ground floor, has 2 Windows and 1 armoured door, suitable also for older people with reduced mobility.

The hot water is provided by an 80 gallon electric water heater energy efficient (class A +).

A television set in 21-inch led technology complete with the usb socket is present inside the Studio.

The bed has the following dimensions (length 200 cm width cm 140) bed with chest of drawers wide.

Inside the Studio is strictly forbidden to smoke and pets of any race and species.

All the main shops are just a short walk from the House.

Venice has more than 430 bridges, we suggest to use comfortable shoes.

The phenomenon of high tide (acqua alta) in St Mark's square is visible in the autumn and winter months.

Places to visit in Venice there are daily, churches, museums, Islands, exhibitions abound throughout the city.

For those who want to move frequently with public transportation ACTV (vaporetto) recommend buying tickets at discounted rates for 24-48-72 hours.

Many smaller islands to visit, in particular the islands of Pellestrina, San Giorgio, la Cartuja, San Francesco del deserto, the island of San Servolo, Armenians etc. etc. Venice is famous worldwide for its Carnival, the Vogalonga, the Su e Zo per i ponti etc. etc.

The city is also a place of meetings and national/international conferences many other things one could tell in Venice, but we prefer to let discover you.

For those who arrive in Venice by car Please note that the nearest car park is the Stub, but also the most expensive, cheaper is Mestre, for any further information about how we are parking at your disposal.

“Excellent Place in Venice!!”

My partner and I, stayed at Daniella's and Andrea's, '' Le Petit Bonbon'' studio, for 3 nights at the end of September. The whole process of booking and communication was excellent. The check in and check out time was flexible (i guess that depends on the arrival and departure time of the other guests). Daniella came to pick us up from the Arsenale station as we had agreed. The place is only two bridges away (not more than 4 minutes). The studio has been renovated recently and everything is new! The bathroom was spotless with clean towels and, to our surprise, supplied with individual toothbrushes, toothpastes, slippers and even shaving cream! The kitchen is fully equipped-if you want to prepare your own meals, you will find everything that you need. No problem with the internet connection or hot water (24/7).The area is great, only 15 minutes away from San Marco's Square, with access to everything, a supermarket, pharmacy, banks, atm, post office, cafes and restaurants are all within 1-2 minutes from your doorstep, and the prices are much lower. We highly recommend the place and thank Danniella and Andrea. We will definitely go back when we'll visit Venice again .
