Located five minutes from S. Marco Square, this apartment in Venice is a delightful and extremely comfortable ground floor apartment classified as first class by the Venice's Tourist Office. It is situated in a XVI Century Franciscan Monastery in the old district of 'Castello' and recently renewed. It is a well kept elegant apartment composed of double bedroom with king size bed, a large lounge/living room with kitchenette and bathroom with shower. The lounge is spacious and perfect for entertaining or relaxation, with framed wooden beams that make it truly unique. The apartment is very sunny and from its windows you can admire the real Venetian life and the 'Gondolas' going up and down along the canal. In addition, you can also open a comfortable double sofa bed suitable for 2 adults or children. The kitchenette is very functional and well equipped. The apartment it's equipped with a washing-dryer machine.
The Arsenale's public water taxi stop it is just 7 minutes walk distance from the apartment

Tourist tax and cleaning fee are included in the standard rate. A fee of 30,00€ it is requested for late check-in after 10:00 PM and 60,00€ after midnight

Since it is very easy to get lost in Venice, we will wait for you at the water taxi station and accompany to the apartment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Guido (the owner) a message.

If Guido (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
