Apartments Denis Playa are located on the seafront, in the town of Castelldefels with direct access to the beach. We are in a promenade area, with a wide service area (yacht club, leisure bars, food shops, and a wide variety of restaurants ...) and bus transports to 2 min and train to only 10 min. The apartments consist of a double room, a living room with kitchenette and a sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and best of all, a terrace overlooking the sea. The apartments are fully equipped and at the request of the clients can be added equipment, weekly a change of towels and sheets is made and we have a cleaning and laundry service at the request of the client. We offer the possibility of enjoying a pleasant stay with friends, even or family, just 20 minutes from Barcelona and Sitges. We encourage you to contact us, to clarify your doubts and above all we encourage you to come and meet us to enjoy our establishment and our privileged environment.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
