Il mio alloggio ha una splendita vista panoramica sul golfo di Napoli, la spiaggia di Pozzano è raggiungibile a piedi o con il treno in pochi minuti, anche le spiagge di Vico Equense, Seiano e Meta di Sorrento sono raggiungibili in poco tempo con lo stesso treno. La stazione dei treni della Circumvesuviana si trova nella stessa Piazza. Ristoranti, attività per la famiglia e vita notturna. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro e famiglie (con bambini).

La posizione nel centro di Castellammare di Stabia, la vicinanza alla stazione dei treni della Circumvesuviana che raggiungono in breve, gli scavi di Pompei, di Ercolano e la vicina Sorrento .., le spiaggie locali e Napoli lo rendono una location ideale per gli spostamenti in zona.

Il quartiere è il centro della città, a due passi dal lungo mare, non lontano dal porto dove approdano aliscafi e traghetti per Capri, Sorrento, Ischia e Costiera Amalfitana
