The apartments benefits from its own pool with a spacious solarium with grass.
Leading from the livingroom is a patio with table and chairs to enable you to dine in a cool, furnished with a BBQ.

The apartment has been renovated keeping the original features that allow to maintain a cool even in summer.
With two double bedrooms, one studio, two full bathrooms , the apartment is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

It is part of the Agriturismo Giulia which includes one other apartment with the same shape, whith which the pool is shared.

“Casa en un entorno precioso y excelente trato”

Pasamos fin de año en esta preciosa casa, el trato na da más llegar fue excelente, la casa muy acogedora y no le falta de nada, el porche y la piscina junto con la barbacoa perfectos para primavera verano, nosotros disfrutamos de su chimenea y de la iluminación navideña de la casa que nada más a nuestra llegada nos tenían preparado. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volvería sin dudarlo. Cerca de los lugares de interés.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
