Casa Cassiodoro E is a welcoming two-story ancient tuscan country house surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. It sleeps five people. From Casa Cassiodoro E you will enjoy a pleasant view of the Tuscan countryside. Casa Cassiodoro E is 80 square meters (860 square feet). It features a shared swimming pool, a shared patio, a shared garden, winter heating and WI-FI Internet access.

You will be roughly 3 km (1.8 miles) from Castelfiorentino, where you will find shops and public transportation. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.5 km (roughly 1 mile) and a grocery store at 2.5 km (roughly 1.55 miles).

To stay at Casa Cassiodoro E you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, in a private parking lot. Please note that access to Casa Cassiodoro E is along a 800-meters (half-a-mile) unpaved road. Casa Cassiodoro E is one of the holiday homes available in a small complex. The complex was once a small village, typical of the Tuscan countryside. It is situated in the middle of an area which covers 50 hectares of land, cultivated with grapevines and olive groves.

Here you will find four stone buildings which have been renovated into holiday homes. A large garden and a swimming pool will be available for you.

Three of the buildings have been separated into eight apartments, they are close to each other and near the swimming pool. The other building has one apartment only (Casa Cassiodoro A) and it is about 400 metres from the shared pool.

Swimming Pool

You will reach the swimming pool from the street level going down approximately six stairway steps. The pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 12 meters (39 feet) long. The area is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers, and it is partly shaded by a pergola. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a fascinating view of the valley. You will share the pool with the other guests staying at the complex. The swimming pool is open from the beginning of June until the end of September.

Garden

The garden is partly shaded by trees. It is equipped with a table, chairs and sun loungers. In the garden you will find a children's playground. Here you will also find a barbecue. The garden is shared with the other guests staying at the complex.

Laundry room

In the laundry room you will find a washing machine at your disposal (please note that use of the laundry facilities is not included in the rental fee and must be paid locally).  Patio

In the patio there will be a reserved area for your own exclusive use. The patio is partly shaded by a pergola. It is equipped with a table and chairs. The patio is frequently crossed by the guests of one other nearby apartment in order to reach their accommodations.

Ground FloorLiving Room

The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest. There is a nice fireplace made of bricks. In the living room you will also find a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher and an Italian-style coffee-maker. The dining table can accommodate five guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the garden through a French door.

Bathroom 1

The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room. First FloorBedroom 1

You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). From the bedroom you will be able to enter a terrace with a view of the garden through a French door.

Bedroom 2

You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches). The room has a window.

Bathroom 2

The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a bathtub. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
