The furnishings are rustic style. Outdoor rooms, which border on cultivated grounds. Beautiful priviate swimming pool, furnished outdoor area for open air dinners, barbecue. There is a wonderful, panoramic and hilly road just next door, which can be followed and which leads to beautiful beaches and coasts, these are only a bit more than an hour away. Old farmhouse "Podere S Giovanni", renovated. 3 km from the centre of Casole d'Elsa, 35 km from the centre of Siena, 55 km from the centre of Firenze, on top of a hill, in the countryside.
