This property is a great location for a very affordable price and is ideal for first time visitors, or returning guests to Tuscany. Ideal for a couple with one child, or two small children, on a budget.
The apartment is on the top floor of what was once an original family home, now converted into apartments, each with its own private entrance. it has a huge terrace with panoramic views for dining out or relaxing in the sun. The apartment is a one bedroom with a double bed, and a single fold out bed is also available. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and european bathtub, living/dining room with working fireplace.

Ideally located in the village square or "piazza" with parking right at your front door. Lots to see and do in the area, walking, hiking, biking, fishing, swimming or visiting the local spa town a short drive away of Equi Terme for its natural sulphur waters and curing all that ails you!

“Breathtaking views from Medieval Vilage”

This will be the 3rd time my husband & I have stayed in this charming and cozy apartment in the centre of Luscignano, a medieval hill top village. It is at the top (3rd floor) of a small apartment block and, although it has all you will need to make your stay comfortable, it is the wonderful room-sized balcony with 180 degree views of the marble topped mountains, olive groves and the rest of the ancient village that you will remember. Sunsets are magical! Although there are no restaurants or stores in the tiny village, there are plenty of amenities in the nearby towns. And Luscignano is a great base…even after 3 visits, we have not exhausted all the area has to offer….picturesque towns, castle ruins, caves, walled cities etc….all in a breathtaking natural setting. If you are looking for tranquility and the chance to get away from it all, while at the same time, the opportunity to explore a wonderful part of the world, this may be the place for you.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
