Mom's Place is a cozy mountain cottage that sits high on a mountain top, nestled at the end of a 2-mile dirt road in the middle of the woods with no neighbors in sight, yet it's just minutes from Cashiers, Highlands, and Sapphire, with easy access to the lake shore. The large deck overlooks one of the best views Lake Glenville has to offer. Relax in comfortable deck chairs or under the deck umbrella with a drink, steaks on the grill, and enjoy the most spectacular sunset you've ever seen. Mom's Place is an eclectic rustic/contemporary retreat, recently refurbished, with a low rental rate and lots of room for a romantic getaway or a family vacation. With new carpet, new wood floors and freshly painted, Mom's Place is decorated with cozy leather furniture, old tools, rustic design features and modern touches. All beds are specially made with fluffy pillows, top of the line linens and plush down comforters for the best nights sleep amidst the sounds of the crickets and cool mountain temperatures. The brand new kitchen is fully stocked with everything you'll need. The brand new main bathroom is bright, roomy and airy with gorgeous tile bathtub/shower combination, upgraded fixtures and soft, fluffy towels and bath robes. You'll love Mom's Place....hidden in the woods, perched above the lake, with no other houses nearby, creating a private oasis of solitude and an atmosphere for total relaxation!!

Recent updates were just made to Mom's Place and include a gorgeous new main bathroom and kitchen, new decor and furniture too!! And a brand new large deck overlooking the lake with unobstructed wide views!!

The house is fully stocked with all linens, pots/pans, plates/glasses, cups, silverware....everything!! A large huge flat screen smart TV is a recent addition with a knockout Direct TV channel package, Netflix, and Amazon access. Full WiFi throughout the house for your wireless needs, for all computers and devices. All bedrooms have new smart TVs. A land line phone is there for emergencies and in case power goes off. The deck has recently been re-railed with gorgeous cable features so that views are even more unobstructed and spectacular.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
