Nestled in wooded acreage among holly, pine, hemlock, rhododendron and mountain laurel, Lee's Camp is the perfect base for exploring the many adventures available in the mountains of Western North Carolina. This is a well-appointed, upscale, private, in-town cabin on 1 full acre of land and is ideal for both romantic getaways and families. It's tucked away in the middle of the forest and down a quiet private road, it is located just 4/10 of a mile from the crossroads of Highways 107 and 64 -- and only 15 minutes from Highlands, 12 minutes from Lake Glenville, 5 minutes from Sapphire Valley. With all that the area offers -- lakes, mountains, waterfalls, golf, spas, shopping, dining, hiking, etc. -- the cabin's location truly gives you the best of all worlds.

Lee's Camp was recently built and furnished to a high standard to provide guests the utmost in comfort and convenience. Enjoy central AC and high-efficiency heat as well as a wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped when you want to cook in rather than enjoying one of the many restaurants located nearby (major grocery is 3 minutes away). The bedrooms feature organic latex- and pillow-topped mattresses, high-end cotton bedding (e.g. Sferra, Peacock Alley, Dansk, Pottery Barn) , and down comforters with duvets and cotton quilts. The design touches throughout the cabin are sure to please -- we've tried hard to balance a high-end rustic feel with modern convenience to make sure you're comfortable throughout your entire stay.

* The downstairs master bedroom offers a queen-sized bed, flat screen TV, and a full bathroom with an oversized jacuzzi tub and a rain shower (perfect for relaxing after a great day in the mountains).
* The upstairs bedroom offers a king-sized bed and a full bathroom with shower.
* The upstairs loft area has two twin-sized beds which overlooks the living area and fireplace, and shares access to the upstairs bathroom.
* There are granite countertops throughout, full size modern appliances, fully equipped kitchen, and a washer/dryer on premises.

The living room has a wood-burning fireplace, a large flat-screen HD TV, and an iPod docking station. The cabin comes with free WiFi Internet access, a Skype phone for free incoming and outgoing calls, DVD player, and Netflix/Amazon service for watching movies and TV shows.

The back porch looks out to the secluded forest and is our favorite place to sit and relax with a cup of coffee in the morning, or with an afternoon beverage after a full day of fun. Also outdoors is a covered grill, rocking chairs, and dining area. A small pond and waterfall on the property let's you enjoy the gurgling sound of running water at all times.

How do damage deposits work?
