The apartment is fully air conditioned, sleeps 6 with 3 bedrooms all on suite, recently modernised kitchen, complete open plan living area, internet and internet TV. The apartment is east facing and has the sun in the morning however the sun terrace has the sun until mid afternoon.

The master suite with king size bed is on the upper level with access from the bedroom to the sun terrace, en suite has jacuzzi bath in a luxurious surrounding. All on suites have under floor heating.

They are 4 swimming pools set in tropical gardens and private gate access to the beach.

Secured underground parking with lift access. Night patrolled security and life guard ( during peak holiday period main pool)

The Costa del Sol region

The apartment complex of La Perla De Bahia is situated on the Casares Costa which is at the western end of the Costa de Sol in the Province of Malaga. 30 minutes drive and you enter the Costa de La Luz (Coast of the Light) in the Province of Cadiz which has the influence of the Atlantic.
Yet you are only 20 minutes away should you want to sample the millionaire playground of Marbella and Puerto Banus with its restaurants, marinas, bars, designer shops and luxury beach clubs; not to mention the night clubs.
Casares Costa is very unique due to its location between both Costas; in the high season the Atlantic's cooler sea breeze gives a relief from the heat when the wind is from Cadiz and in the low season the Atlantic provides the rain that makes this region green.
The area is very rustic with the back drop of the mountains, pretty white washed villages and towns (Caseres 15minutes drive from the beach)
Cadiz province has some of Andalucia's most windswept beaches, peppered with fishing ports that were established by the Phoenicians, Greeks and Romans. It is a mecca for windsurfers, birdwatchers and anyone who prefers a wilder shoreline with relatively few beachgoers compared to the busier Costa del Sol. Tarifa for example is known as the "wind capital" and is an hours drive away

Casares

La Perla De Bahia is situated within 400 meters from the sea and unspoilt beaches. It is divided into 2 parts and the apartment is situated within Phase 1, 2 and 3. It has 4 pools of which 1 pool is heated during low season.
The nearest town is called Sabinillas approx. 1.5km and can be reached by both car or stroll along the beach/promenade and has supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacy, banks and ATM machines
4km away is a beautiful charming port/marina called Puerto de La Dequesa which can be reached by a further stroll along the promenade.
Golf courses within 20 minute drive include San Roque, Valderrama, Alcaidesa Links, Dona Julia club de Golf, Robert Trent Jones at Duquesa and Finca Cortesin
It is 10 minutes by car from Estepona and should you require more lively entertainment it is 20 minutes by car to Marbella and Puerto Banus. Twenty minutes to Sotegrande, forty minutes to Gibraltar, one hour to Malaga airport, one hour to Ronda, 2.5 hours to Granada and Seville.
One hour to Tarifa where you can get a forty five minute ferry to Tangiers Morocco

Interaction with guest

You will be met at La Perla by either Juanjo or a member of his team. I have known him for 14 years and he speaks both Spanish and English. He does the maintenance, cleaning and recently renovated the kitchen and terraces. Prior to your arrival I will forward full details on all aspects of the apartment and contact details for Juanjo. I will leave it to you and Juanjo to coordinate the hand over of the keys.
