Villa situated on Urb. Marina de Casares on the side of beach. Villa for 6 persons and pets with garden. Beach in front of the house at 70 meters. It is a quiet zone, with parking. The house has two bedrooms, one with a master bed of 1,50 cm with cupboard and TV and the another bedroom with two beds of 0,90 cm. Two bathrooms with windows overlooking natural light, one with bath and one with shower , a living room with sofabed for two, TV , fireplace, stereo, dining table for 6 people, two sofas and a table of coffee and large fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher , washing machine , oven , fridge , hob, coffee maker. It is located 10 minutes from Sotogrande and from Estepona, 20 minutes from Puerto Banús, 30 minutes from Gibraltar, 30 minutes Marbella and 1 hour and a half from Málaga.Near the house you have 3 Golf Courses approximately 10 minutes, this golf courses are: Finca Cortesin, Doña Julia Golf Courses and Duquesa Golf Country Club.Golf: The Costa del Sol is also well-known
