This spacious ground floor luxury holiday rental apartment is furnished to a high standard and sleeps up to six. This is a wonderful location to relax and is ideal for golf enthusiasts. The apartment is fully air conditioned and heated with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The attractive lounge diner leads onto a large terrace with beautiful view. Modern kitchen is fully equipped.
The urbanization is pleasantly laid out with tropical gardens, sea and mountain views and two swimming pools. The apartment has secure underground parking and a store room for golf clubs. The beach is a short walk and has a highly recommended beach restaurant.
There is also few yards away children playground with little bar which serves spanish food to enjoy while kids are playing.
The nearby town of Sabinillas, a genuine Spanish fishing village has markets every Friday and Sunday. Sabinillas also has a good selection of shops, banks, restaurants, cafes and tapas bars. The promenade boasts a children's play area and a wide sandy beach. There are over 40 golf courses within a 30 minute radius.

The Andalucia region
The remarkable climate of the Costa Del Sol offers an average of 320 days of sunshine a year, and as a result, the Costa Del Sol has over the years become a favourite holiday destination for many people from all over Europe, but despite the coast's huge popularity, the coastal area between Estepona and Gibraltar are still relatively unspoilt, with access to safe sandy beaches.
It is still possible to escape the large crowds that flock to the popular beaches further east, even in high season of July and August. The attractions of the 'Costa' are many and varied, from the historical villages of Casares, Castellar and Ronda, to the many new and established golf courses that are situated within easy reach.
Although the Apartment itself is situated within a quiet and peaceful complex, the livelier resorts of Puerto Banus, Marbella, Estepona and Duquesa, are all within easy reach by car or taxi. The cosmopolitan town of Marbella is only 20 minutes away with its huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops.
Closer still is the quieter town of Estepona, with its attractive enclosed port area, perfect for a stroll admiring the many yachts and luxury cruisers. Enjoy a casual lunch or a drink accompanied by tapas at one of the many restaurants and bars.
For those who prefer to experience the historical side of the Costas, the ancient village of Castellar de la Frontera is well worth a visit, as is the magnificently positioned town of Ronda which is to be found to the north of Puerto Banus.
The Majestic Development is located in Casares Costa, minutes from the Spanish white washed village of Casares and the town of Manilva. Casares is known for its endless stretches of quiet sandy beaches and chiringuitos and is also close to Duquesa port with it's many restaurants, pavement cafe's and shops. Sotogrande and Alcaidesa where some of the best golf courses, and the only Links course are situated, are only a short drive away. Estepona, where you can find weekend markets and a more lively Spanish atmosphere is also nearby, or you can take a short drive to Marabella, Puerto Banus or Gibraltar to see some of the oldest historical sights and spend a day tax free shopping! Africa is visible on a clear day from the shores of Casares and is only a quick trip over by ferry, where you can sample some true Moroccan delights.
