A large terrace (80 m2) with outdoor dining furniture and lounge area, overlooking the garden, pool and sea and with direct access to the gardens and the pool. The living room has excellent and comfortable seats and a 55 "smart TV.The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave), towels and bed linen, toaster and coffee machine Two bedrooms with direct access to the terrace from where you can enjoy the incredible views of the sea (master bedroom with en suite bathroom), bathrooms with marble floor, tourist registration: in process, covered and closed parking, closed urbanization with night watchman. Beach and overlooking the sea in the Costa del Sol. Very quiet urbanization, with two large swimming pools, umbrellas, sun loungers and gardens with spectacular views of the sea and the entire coast of Estepona, very close to Puerto de la Duquesa and Puerto de la Duquesa. Estepona, both five minutes by car and where you will find numerous restaurants and typical tapas bars to enjoy the national and international cuisine, also shops and places of leisure, including golf courses being one of them Finca Cortesín, headquarters of the Volvo Masters.

“Perfect family apartment by the beach”

The apartment has a great location by the beach - you can wake up to the sound of waves and eat breakfast on the large terrace enjoying beautiful seaviews. There is also a large pool is just in front of the apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and nicely decorated. Marisa was a wonderful host and was always availabe to answer any questions we had. We love the area around Casares Costa and Sabinillas, you can take long walks on the beach and it's not crowded at all. The village of Sabinillas has nice little bars and restaurants. Note that you need a car to get around. There is a underground garage where you can keep your car safe and cool. If you are looking for a buzzing nightlife, this is not the place for you, but perfect if you just want to relax with your family and friends.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
