Furnished to an excellent standard with high quality fittings throughout and with the added benefit of complimentary air conditioning in all bedrooms.On entering from the main entrance is the hallway leading into the spacious living room with twin comfortable sofas, satellite LED TV, iPod docking station, complimentary WiFi connection, Wii games console, CD music system and feature fireplace for cosy evenings.The well furnished dining room has a solid oak dining table with seating for 10 persons and french doors opening to the immaculate gardens and poolside terraces. An inner archway leads to the modern pine fitted kitchen featuring all modern requirements including dishwasher, electric oven, infra-red hob, fridge/freezer, walk in pantry and side door to the poolside patio and covered terraces. One attractive double bedroom with pine fitted wardrobes and adjacent shower room. Marble staircase leads up to the gracious and impressive galleried landing area with truly amazing views from the open aspect windows. The master double bedroom has a dressing area with ample wardrobes and full en-suite bath/shower room. Two attractive and welcoming twin bedrooms with fully fitted wardrobes, covered lighting, bookshelves with choice of owners book selection, mellow cream terracotta tiles, share an adjacent full family shower room. A few metres from the poolside terrace is the lovely casita with an open plan seating area, one twin bedroom, plus extra bed if required, and en-suite mosaic tiled shower room. Great cuisine is never far away, with each village or town offering many interesting and unique restaurants serving local sourced ingredients. As the secrets of Mallorca are slowly unravelled, so its popularity increases.
Cas Concos Des Cavaller
Cas Concos is a charming little village located in the South of Mallorca and is just a short drive from a bewildering array of beautiful beaches. The village itself offers a great selection of both traditional and contemporary restaurants, a bakery, a pharmacy, a newsagent, a few local bars, a small supermarket and a general store that sells almost anything you can think of. There is also a fresh produce market that takes place once a week on Wednesdays in a shaded square next to the church.
