The house is distributed over three floors, which can be accessed from the main entrance, in a quiet and safe street, with parking facility. Inside, through a spacious hall you can access to a large and bright living room with large windows with impressive sea views. On the main floor there is a toilet, and a large covered terrace for outdoor meals. In the other wing, there is a large fully equipped kitchen and laundry room. Deep: 2m) framed by Mediterranean vegetation and on the background we see the beach Bugambillia. The house has heating, air condition in the main floor, fireplace and Wi-Fi connection.

Situation

The villa is located in the residential area of Cas Catala, a quiet and safe residential area, and well connected, five minutes from the city of Palma. From the property you can reach the beaches of Cala Major, Bugambillia, and Illetas at short distance. 10 minutes driving you can visit the Puerto Portals. Set in the heart of the bay of Palma, Puerto Portals opens up to the sea as the most prestigious nautical and leisure complex of the island. 15 minutes driving you can visit also the Port Adriano, one of the most modern ports in the Mediterranean and exceptional basis for large yachts, restaurants and shops in an exclusive commercial area. Only 5 minutes by car is situated the golf course "Royal Bendinat". This property is very close to shopping areas, as the main commercial center of Palma, Porto Pi Centro. Five minutes from the famous promenade for walking, cycling or enjoying its restaurants and nightclubs. It is situated 17 kilometers from the airport, and with easy access from the motorway. Every Wednesday takes place the weekly market in Andratx, around the promenade Son Mas and on Saturdays takes place in Santa Ponsa.

Exterior

On the exterior, on one side of the pool there is a large covered barbecue for cooking and preparing cocktails, which also has a wood oven. The exterior also features an indoor kitchen. We can access from the pool to another outdoor toilet without entering the interior of the house, an outdoor shower by the pool, a garden, table and chairs and sun loungers, which complement this leisure area. There is also a ping-pong table.

Included in the price are bed linen, towels for the house, tea towels, the final cleaning and other costs (electricity, water, gas).

The first cot and highchair can be provided free of charge.
