The villa comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest WC, sitting room, separate dining room, fully fitted kitchen, private garden and swimming pool. The villa is air-conditioned throughout. Ground floor: Spacious sitting room with fire place, Large screen plasma TV with free English channels, DVD player. Sliding doors open into the garden and pool area. Dining room sitting for up to 6 with sliding doors open into the garden and pool area. Fully fitted kitchen. Bedroom with two single beds. Sliding doors open into the pool area. Bedroom with a large double bed. The bedrooms are sharing a modern shower room with double sink. Guest toilet is in the entrance hall. First floor: Master bedroom with large double bed and en-suite spacious bathroom with bath, bidet, toilet. Sliding doors from the bedroom open in to terrace with stunning sea views. Our team is working locally and can be reached by phone, which number we’ll provide. Before your arrival, we’ll email you the directions to the villa and the details regarding access to the villa. Should you arrive after working hours we’ll leave a key in the small key safe just outside the villa and email you the code in advance. Normally the check-in time is after 14H. Should you arrive early we’ll communicate with you to find the best possible solution. Our emergency number is available for 24 hours. To ensure you enjoy relaxing, stress-free holidays we’ll provide you with the house rules, emergency and taxi services phone numbers. We can organize airport transfer at additional cost and help you with the car rental.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
