From the owner

Casa dos Sonhos is located close to the resort of Carvoeiro. The villa is very comfortable and spacious and consists of open plan living/dining room with traditional log burner and large patio doors with fly/mosquito screens leading on to the balcony furnished with table and chairs for al fresco dining which commands panoramic views overlooking the sea, gardens and private pool area. Extensive filled bookcase. Games for both children and adults. Safety deposit box which can be used free of charge. Easy walking distance to both beaches. Whilst the villa is in a peaceful location it is only a 20 minute walk to the resort of Carvoiero where you will find an abundance of restaurants and bars all with excellent food at very reasonable prices. The villa is also within easy access of the A22 allowing you to explore the Algarve easily. The villa benefits from a shared pool with separate baby pool ideal for children. With one double bedroom and one twin bedroom the villa is ideal for families with plenty to do in the surrounding areas during your stay. There is also a put you up and travel cot. High chairs and larger cots are available to rent at an extra cost.

Wifi hotspot available, 30GB of broadband included in the rental. If more is required the guests can buy additional 30GB of data for €15.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Sally (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
