This 5 bedroom villa was recently built to a very high and tasteful standard with amazing sea views from the 1st floor.

Just a five minute drive from the most beautiful sandy beaches, such as Marinha, Albandeira, Carvalho and Benagil, and just a few minutes away from Carvoeiro´s town centre.

Vivenda São Domingos is a beautiful, spacious modern property accommodating up to ten guests comfortably in an enviable location.

The entrance hall leads to an open plan ultra-modern kitchen equipped with an American fridge, hob, oven, microwave, kitchen cabinets, dishwasher and dining area for 10, doors leading out to a superb terrace overlooking the stunning grounds and swimming pool. There is also a separate laundry room.

Outside, the large private swimming pool takes centre stage, surrounded by furnished terraces. Comfortable seating is provided under the covered terrace, providing the perfect space to relax in the shade. There is a large outdoor table, perfect for enjoying lunches during the day or BBQ by the lit up pool in the evening. Sun loungers and umbrellas surround the pool area, providing enough space for every guest to relax and unwind.

There are five bedrooms altogether, three ground floor bedrooms and two upper floor bedrooms. With three king sized bedrooms and two twins. The bedroom layout is ideal for all groups with plenty of privacy for all. Each bedroom is individually decorated and furnished to the highest specification and standard, offering both comfort and luxury for every guest.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Beatriz (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
