Villa Casa Tara is a detached 5 bedroom villa with private heated swimming pool. Fantastic location few minutes walk to village of Carvoeiro with its lovely town, beach and many restaurants. WiFi & air conditioning included. This is a 5 bedroom villa, very private but also easy access to town.

Newly renovated with underfloor heating large furnished covered & uncovered terraces and mature landscaped gardens. Fully gated pool for the safety of small children with walk in steps. Amazing Views of the sea, Carvoeiro and surrounding countryside can be enjoyed from the terraces.

The villa is very spacious – detached and on private gated grounds. On the ground floor there is the entrance hall, lounge/diner with patio doors out onto one of the many terraces with fantastic views, and a modern well equipped kitchen. Downstairs there is a large bedroom ensuite with a king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space in all bedrooms. There are 2 other bedrooms downstairs both have 3 beds. Downstairs is also the family bathroom with bath shower, a modern wash basin and WC. We have available to guests 3 cots, 2 high chairs, buggy strollers, plastic baby bath and changing mats these are free to guests but please request with booking.

Upstairs are two large bedrooms both ensuite with plenty of wardrobe and storage space, these bedrooms are on separate floors for added privacy. The first bedroom has large king bed, amazing seaviews and access to covered terrace. The ensuite is new and very stylish & up to date with a wonderful wet room shower. On the next floor there is access to a private terrace that newly built sunken terrace and not overlooked. This terrace has very comfortable couch and chairs and lovely terrace for sunbathing or drinks in the evening with fantastic views out to the sea. The bedroom on this floor is large with a double and single bed, it is ensuite with bath/shower, washbasin and WC.

The villa has been very stylishly refurbished and is in excellent condition throughout.

The large gardens are very private and has a large heated pool that is in the sun all day so is always warm and can be heated. The pool has walk in steps which is great for small children to sit on. There is plenty of room around the pool for 12 sunbeds and also table & chairs for drinks. There is a pool house by the swimming pool with a fridge to keep drinks cool and nearby and also a large toybox for the kids. Outside the kitchen there is a new terrace overlooking the pool for alfresco dining. There is now 2 outdoor dining tables one on the front terrace with sea views and one on the new large terrace overlooking the pool, both comfortable sit 10. This is useful with large families and different times of the year.

Air conditioning and Wifi are included in the price. There is also a 5 day week maid service for your convenience and useful with large families. Pool heating is available for £125 per week.

There is a TV at the villa with satellite UK TV and DVD player.

Getting around

Driving in the Algarve and Carvoeiro area is easy. There are numerous beautiful award winning beaches along the coast so a car is useful but if you don't have a car you can walk to a number of beaches the town and supermarkets.

“Superb Villa”

This is a super Villa- coming through the private driveway, there is an immediate WOW. You come into a beautiful large landscaped gardens surrounding the pool. (Gated railings for added security for children and piece of mind for the parents) Several furnished terraces for relaxing and reading, a lovely breakfast patio adjacent to the kitchen. This we found a wonderful convenient amenity. Upstairs there is a fabulous private terrace with amazing mountain and sea views. Sitting here in the evening watching the spectacular sunsets is simply breath-taking. Everything one could possibly want is here in this villa. Very comfortable lounge and bedrooms modernized refurbished bathrooms.The villa has shuttered doors and winows and is very secure. Even the maid who comes in every morning from monday to friday is a delight. We spent 2 weeks here with extended family and we simply loved it. We are coming back to the Villa again in March. We swould highly recomment it, perfect for young and old. The Villa is a nice walk to the village, several restaurants on the way down the hill, we loved 'Vimar', lovely food and very reasonable. There is a recent development of a boardwalk on the cliff overlooking the sea. Carvoeiro square is a lovely meeting place with lovely restaurants and cafes along its streets. Great to sit down and relax. Can't think of a nicer place for a family holiday.
