A tranquil one bedroom ground floor apartment /holiday home with unlimited use of wireless internet.

The property is located within a very popular & friendly holiday destination of Carvoeiro. It has its own private driveway and patio area for plenty of sunbathing (2 x sun loungers provided) and also a roof-top-terrace offering all day sun which provides panoramic views of the cliff tops, golden beaches and the Sea.

The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard that provides comfortable accommodation for up to four people & has just recently had a brand new bathroom installed along with a new driveway & patio area.

Car hire is not essential as everything can be found within the town which offers an extensive selection of bars, restaurants, chemists, car hire, souvenir shops, food shops and also off-licences. Carvoeiro is located West of Faro International airport which is only a 40 minute drive away and 20 minute drive from the Algarve Shopping centre & 15 minute drive from the Aqua shopping centre in Portimão .

Great for holidaymakers of all ages, families, couples & golfers. Offering an abundance of activities and entertainment a romantic getaway for couples & 3 main golf courses for golfers to choose from nearby!

BOOKING NOTES

A £150 (180 EURO) deposit will be required immediately after requesting your holiday dates and acts as a booking deposit to secure your dates, it is also used for any damage or breakages which may occur. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after your departure after inspection depending on any damages/breakages/missing items.

Full booking payment must be paid within 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking after the 8 week period then full amount is required.

A welcome pack is provided which includes all the information which you will need for your holiday!

You will also receive a basic food/water pack to get you started which includes milk, tea, coffee, water, butter& cheese etc. This is complimentary. (This may vary)

Check-in should be no earlier than 2pm with departure time being no later than 10am during the summer months. If this does not fall within your flight times please contact owner for arrangements which may be made.

Guests are advised to take adequate insurance cover for their holiday as we cannot be held liable for anything that may occur.

This apartment operates a strict no smoking policy inside, however, you may do so outside & distinguish cigarettes appropriately.

ACCOMMODATION

BEDROOMS: Master bedroom with king-sized bed, wardrobes, safe, bed side tables, storage and a hair dryer with an iPod docking station to listen to your music through speakers or/and to charge your iPhone / iPod device

BATHROOM: Newly fitted bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink with underneath storage and mirror.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with cooker and fan, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, sink, cupboard space and all cutlery, crockery and essential equipment included. Ironing board and iron also provided.

Additional utilities include: clothes dryer, pegs, iron and ironing board, sun umbrella, rain umbrella, beach bag and plenty of beach towels.

LIVING ROOM: Includes satellite television, wireless internet access TV and also a DVD player. New corner-settee-sofa bed which pulls out and can sleep two as a double bed.

OTHER: Private terrace and parking area located just outside the double french doors of the apartment which includes 2x sunloungers and also 4 chairs and a table. The apartment is south facing which receives all day sun.

CLEANING/TOWELS/LINEN/MAID SERVICE:
Plenty of towels and linen provided. Maid service on arrival and departure (or once weekly if staying longer than a week). Extra maid service can be available anytime at extra charge. Beach towels are also provided.

PATIO:
The newly fitted patio is furnished with a table & four chairs which seats 4, double outside lighting on either side of the terrace and also an extra light on the wall. Great for al-fresco dining at any time day or night or for those lazy days!

MASSAGE/BEAUTY TREATMENTS/PROFESSIONAL TEETH WHITENING

If you would like to treat yourself to a bit of pampering you can either visit a very popular and recommended massage beauty therapist/teeth whitening specialist in their salon or they can come to the apartment at your request. A List of treatments will be available for you to view which are displayed in the apartment. Guest discounts are also available please contact them for discounts exclusively for staying guests.

There is also a shared roof-top-terrace which can be accessed from the stair case at the back of the property and can be used to sunbathe, eat or drink or just sit back, relax and view the panoramic scenery of the golden beaches, bright blue sea, cliff tops and the view of Carvoeiro.

We booked a short break {5 nights} at the last minute, have visited Carvoeiro many times over the last 10 years but never stayed at this complex. Not much to look at but was great for a couple like us, 5 minute stroll into town , nice touch having sun loungers outside, small but functional kitchen and great shower. Had small problem with gas bottle running out, phoned Dave, Dad, came out and changed in an hour, only small issue, in the bedroom really needs blackout blinds, light coming through woke my up in the morning earlier than I wanted !!!! Will revisit in the future

Owner's reply: Thank-you for taking the time to review my apartment & I am glad you think the apartment was well equipped and well located. I’d just like to pick up your point about there being no windows in the bedroom because there are indeed 2 windows in the bedroom which can be opened & the bedroom can be ventilated. I admit that the view is not great and just looks out on to the back but unfortunately there is nothing I can do about this as it is the way the apartment was built. I’m sorry that the towels did not smell fresh & I have passed on these comments to the housekeeper to use more fabric conditioner when washing the towels/bedding.

Owner's reply: Hello, Thank-you for taking the time to review my apartment. I'm sorry to hear you were not happy, however this is the first you have informed me with your problems, If you highlighted these during your stay I would have been happy to get someone to rectify the problems you mentioned such as getting 2 more wine glasses & replace the plate/saucepans. I believe you contacted the housekeeper to complain about the TV not working & they came round straight away & got it working. The TV is a brand new flat screen TV & I'm sorry you were unable to work this, however this was down to human error & nothing wrong with the said TV. Regarding the plates/Glasses, I apologise there was only 2 wine glasses & not the full set of 4. There should be a set of 4 of everything however accidents do happen & things get smashed etc. I will be sure to replace these items & make sure that 4 of everything is checked after each stay. The pictures were taken by a professional photographer sent from Trip Advisor so I'm a little confused as to what you mean by things do not fit the description in the pictures? I'll make sure a new set of pans are replaced & apologies again if you were not happy however I wish you just contacted me with your feelings so I could have corrected the things you were not happy with as I don't like guests feeling this way & would have done my very best to sort the issues out straight away.
