A tranquil one bedroom ground floor apartment /holiday home with unlimited use of wireless internet.
The property is located within a very popular & friendly holiday destination of Carvoeiro. It has its own private driveway and patio area for plenty of sunbathing (2 x sun loungers provided) and also a roof-top-terrace offering all day sun which provides panoramic views of the cliff tops, golden beaches and the Sea.
The apartment is fully furnished to a high standard that provides comfortable accommodation for up to four people & has just recently had a brand new bathroom installed along with a new driveway & patio area.
Car hire is not essential as everything can be found within the town which offers an extensive selection of bars, restaurants, chemists, car hire, souvenir shops, food shops and also off-licences. Carvoeiro is located West of Faro International airport which is only a 40 minute drive away and 20 minute drive from the Algarve Shopping centre & 15 minute drive from the Aqua shopping centre in Portimão .
Great for holidaymakers of all ages, families, couples & golfers. Offering an abundance of activities and entertainment a romantic getaway for couples & 3 main golf courses for golfers to choose from nearby!

A £150 (180 EURO) deposit will be required immediately after requesting your holiday dates and acts as a booking deposit to secure your dates, it is also used for any damage or breakages which may occur. The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after your departure after inspection depending on any damages/breakages/missing items.
Full booking payment must be paid within 8 weeks prior to arrival. If booking after the 8 week period then full amount is required.
A welcome pack is provided which includes all the information which you will need for your holiday!
You will also receive a basic food/water pack to get you started which includes milk, tea, coffee, water, butter& cheese etc. This is complimentary. (This may vary)
Check-in should be no earlier than 2pm with departure time being no later than 10am during the summer months. If this does not fall within your flight times please contact owner for arrangements which may be made.
Guests are advised to take adequate insurance cover for their holiday as we cannot be held liable for anything that may occur.
This apartment operates a strict no smoking policy inside, however, you may do so outside & distinguish cigarettes appropriately.

BATHROOM: Newly fitted bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink with underneath storage and mirror.
KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with cooker and fan, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, sink, cupboard space and all cutlery, crockery and essential equipment included. Ironing board and iron also provided.
Additional utilities include: clothes dryer, pegs, iron and ironing board, sun umbrella, rain umbrella, beach bag and plenty of beach towels.
LIVING ROOM: Includes satellite television, wireless internet access TV and also a DVD player. New corner-settee-sofa bed which pulls out and can sleep two as a double bed.
OTHER: Private terrace and parking area located just outside the double french doors of the apartment which includes 2x sunloungers and also 4 chairs and a table. The apartment is south facing which receives all day sun.
Plenty of towels and linen provided. Maid service on arrival and departure (or once weekly if staying longer than a week). Extra maid service can be available anytime at extra charge. Beach towels are also provided.
The newly fitted patio is furnished with a table & four chairs which seats 4, double outside lighting on either side of the terrace and also an extra light on the wall. Great for al-fresco dining at any time day or night or for those lazy days!

If you would like to treat yourself to a bit of pampering you can either visit a very popular and recommended massage beauty therapist/teeth whitening specialist in their salon or they can come to the apartment at your request. The private patio and driveway is accessed from double French doors with 4 chairs and tables. There is also a shared roof-top-terrace which can be accessed from the stair case at the back of the property and can be used to sunbathe, eat or drink or just sit back, relax and view the panoramic scenery of the golden beaches, bright blue sea, cliff tops and the view of Carvoeiro.
Just outside Carvoeiro is one of the best water slide parks in Europe.

“Daniel Hatton Carvoeiro”
Lived in Daniel's apartment for 10 days.. Great place. Close to all you need. The apartment was well equipped & clean. Would definitely book again. 10/10..
Great apartment in a nice location right next to the town. Booking was easy & Daniel was very professional with us to the lead up of our stay, during and also after our stay. The apartment was spotless & everything we needed for our stay was provided (plus more!) We were welcomed with a nice little surprise welcome pack. There were lots of cooking facilities in the apartment (although we didn't need to use them) and also having the wireless internet access was a great bonus too. A thorough and well explained welcome folder with lots of information on things to do and places to eat was also on display in the apartment too.
First time in carveiro and was pleasantly surprised by the many restaurants and bars and the entertainment in the square at evening. The apt is far enough away to be quiet and peaceful but close enough that even my elderly mum could walk to some good restaurants at the top of the hill. The walk back from the lovely beach, however, was too far and hilly for her to manage comfortably although she did do it once. We had a car but a taxi back from the rank at the beach back to the apt would I suspect be cheap. Apartment had everything we needed. If I had to critique anything Daniel it would be the bed linen for the bed settee which was more appropriate for a Scottish summer than for Portugal. A small thing however.
Could not have been more impressed. Appartment was spotless and very well equipped. The location is ideal for walking to town , ( 5 mins approx ) Sometimes a taxi is recommended , often after one sherry too many. Please take my review seriously , this is the place to stay,we will be back very soon. Thanks Daniel, will be in touch soon.
“Great place to stay...became my little home”
I stayed here for 2 months this winter and absolutely loved it. Carvoeiro itself is really quiet at this time of year, but it was so nice to go wandering along the coast and beaches and not see another soul for ages. The apartment itself was comfortable, welcoming and homely. It also had everything you could need from a rented apartment, let alone a holiday apartment. I had various friends and family come to visit and they also loved it. The friendly cleaner came once a week and did a great job, leaving the beds with fresh linen on and plenty of towels. She also left her number in case I needed anything else. All the bars and restaurants are a few minutes walk away, and I would particularly recommend Primavera just round the corner. Excellent food and staff that make you feel like you're dining at a friend's house. I would definitely recommend Carvoeiro in general and the apartment. Enjoy
“Great accommodation. Fantasic location.”
The apartment sits on top of a hill in a quiet complex, just right if you want to relax and stay in bed that bit longer than normal. The hill down to the town didn't present any problems, easy walking down and lots of bars and restaurants on the way back up. The most noticeable thing was how friendly everyone was. Had a great week even though it rained most of the time! We hired a car because it was cheaper than a taxi to and from the airport. We felt we ought to use it so drove round and about, but always ended up back in the town as it had everything we needed.
Our holiday were fabulous. The house is fantastic and cavoeiro is wonderful. I had one of the best weeks of my life. We sure want to get back to carvoeiro next summer. The house was everything we expected, cleaned very well decorated, confortable and in a wonderful village.
Absolutely fantastic stay, everything from the booking to the actual stay was fantastic. Great place to visit, weather was great the whole time I was there and I would deffinately recommend staying there to anyone. the appartement was clean, very cumfortable and the decor and taste was magnificent. Five star :-)
“Fantastic Second Stay Here”
This is the second time I have stayed here. The apartment is stylish, modern, comfortable and well maintained. I noticed some improvements since my last stay in 2010. I had yet another relaxing break in beautiful surroundings, seeing more of the local area this time as I was more familiar with the location. The service from the owner is always professional and efficient. My only worry is that if people start to use this apartment more then availability will be reduced for myself. Already booked for later in the year. Great holiday at a really affordable price, well done.
