This beautiful 4 bedroomed Algarve villa is ideally situated on the peaceful outskirts of Carvoeiro and with a 180° sea view. The area is very quiet but within walking distance of beautiful beaches (Carvalho 10 min, Vale Centianes 15 min), mini market and array of restaurants, bars and cafés (10 min), and just 5 min drive from the supermarket. It has a large 10 metre private pool with surrounding terrace. This tranquil holiday villa offers everything necessary for a relaxing family holiday.4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 10m long swimming poolThis beautifully maintained and typical Algarvian style house offers a piece of home from home. The large airy lounge is comfortably furnished with 3 sofas, TV with European satellite system providing English, French, German, Portuguese TV, attractive open fireplace, and has patio doors opening onto the terrace and large private swimming pool. Free Wi Fi is available .There are 4 bedrooms 2 large double bedrooms and 2 large twin bedrooms, all with wardrobes. The Master bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, and there is a further shower room, plus family bathroom to serve the remaining 3 bedrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with hair dryers.The spacious kitchen is fully fitted and well equipped with oven, hob, a large fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, everything you need !Living Rooms - Comfortably furnished lounge with two sofas, a log burning fire, and TV with International TV system (English, French, German, Portuguese,…). Patio doors lead to covered pool terrace with table and chairs, and magnificent views.Kitchen - Fully fitted kitchen with oven and hob, large fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster,etc. Bedrooms - 4 bedrooms consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, all with wardrobes. .Bathroom - 3 Bathrooms. An en-suite shower room to Master Bedroom, 1 Family bathroom, and a further shower room on the first floor. A hair dryer and iron and ironing board are provided. Other - BBQ area ideally situated between kitchen and terrace.Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service - All bed linen and bath/pool towels are provided and will be changed on a regular basis. Maid service is included. The villa has a large pool terrace with sun loungers and outside shower, providing the perfect lounging and sunbathing area. For those who prefer the shade there is a large covered terrace area with table and chairs, ideal for al-fresco dining during the heat of the day. Lush tropical gardens surround the property, and the upstairs terrace has a superb view of the Atlantic, and the lighthouse at Alfanzina.

Car hire, which we can arrange if required, is recommended but not essential. Alternatively we can arrange transfers for you and your party from Faro Airport direct to the accommodation. Price available upon request.

Baby equipment such Cot and High chair, are available on request for a small additional charge, please enquire.

**PLEASE NOTE - A fully refundable damage deposit of 450€ is payable in advance of your arrival, for which you will be invoiced. This will be refunded by bank transfer shortly after the end of your holiday.

All winter reservations (between 1st November and 31st March) are subject to a supplemental charge for electricity - please ask us for further details.

Pool heating is an optional extra for £160/€190.

We live locally, and know the area extremely well. We will provide you with detailed directions to the villa before your arrival, We can provide you with local information and organise taxi or/and a car hire. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
