A large spacious 8 bedroom villa with private 8m x 4m heated pool, Jacuzzi, on the edge of a small Spanish village. Stunning views over mountains and of the local town Estacion de Cartama. Sleeps 18 people in 8 bedrooms, optional sofa beds to accommodate 20. Fully airconditioned (pay as you go meters). 5 bathrooms ( 4 en-suite)Games room with Air Hockey, pool table,Bar Billards, and darts, table tennis. wifi connection for those wishing to bring their laptops. English tv channels. Childrens Playpark. Bar with option of beer on draft.Outside private 8m x 4m pool with independent toilet facilities,shade and sunbeds. childrens playpark, Ample terrace space one with BBQ Garden and parking for up to 5 cars, bars and restaurants, supermarkets are all a few mins by car or a 20min walk, car recommended. All rooms have air-conditioning with pay as you go meters, linen, towels and pool towels are supplied, changed weekly if staying more than one week, There is 2cots, travel cot, high chairs and pushchair for guests use at no extra cost, electricity, gas and cleaning costs are all included in the rental price. The Villa has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker and a covered bar area outside with option of draft beer.

Rhonda with its spectacular gorge is 90mins by car. Within a shorter distance 25mins by car is the sandy beaches of Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola with all there tourist attractions, water parks, marinas, Selwo dolphin and safari park, bowling and cinemas, Tivoli world. There are a range of golf courses nearby the nearest being 15mins by car. Malaga City is 15minCartama Estacion has supermarkets, ample bars and restaurants, on Sunday there is a traditional Spanish street market, there is also a emergency health centre, banks and a train station, all this is a few mins by car or a 20min walk away. 40 mins by car is the stunning area of El Chorro with its lakes and opportunity of hiking at various degrees. Gibraltar is a hour and twenty mins by car with its rocks and famous monkeys. Nerja a coastal resort a hour drive away with caves to explore, Granada a 2hr drive where you can visit the Moorish Alhambra palace. The historic town of Seville and Cordoba 2hrs by car. There are 70 golf courses in the costa del sol area.

The villa does have 8 bedrooms, although only 7 are listed *website error, BEDROOM 8 has 2 singles and is ensuite. All bedrooms with 2 singles have a option to be made to double beds. During the cooler months when the nights are cooler the slide into the pool is removed to allow space for a Dome to keep heat in, it is also possible to swim inside the dome. The pool heating is a additional charge of 150.00 per week We will meet all guests at the villa on arrival to hand over keys and answer any questions about your stay. The pool is cleaned daily.

“Fantastic place to stay for a large group with plenty of activities to keep everyone having fun!”

My family and I (12 in total) had a fantastic weeks stay at this property. The house was immense and easy to get lost there were so many rooms. The games room, pool and play park kept the kids (and big kids) occupied for hours. The home was well equipped and very clean. It was great to see Neil every morning to clean the pool and so some other general work and whenever we needed his help, he was very attentative. We had one car to do some trips around the area but is was only around 30 mins walk into the town and slightly longer to the local train station. Thank you Neil and Sharon for helping to make our weeks stay a memorable one. Mark and family

“Fantastic family holiday”

Casa Aventura is a spacious and beautifully fitted villa just 30 minutes by car from Malaga near the small town of Estacion de Cartama . We were a party of 18 adults aged 20-60 and we found that there was plenty of space for us to either spread ourselves out or to join together for meals. With two kitchens with all the equipment you'd need, a brick barbecue, even a shop-type drinks freezer, eating and drinking was always a real pleasure. The hot tub and four poster bed next to the heated swimmimg pool gives the villa a real Place in the Sun - Away luxurious feel and with plenty of seating and tables, families with young children would definitely find the small safe play area a real advantage. We didn't have cars, so we used the friendly local taxi firm for shopping in Cartama and we took the train for trips to see just how impressive the city of Malaga is. One hour by taxi away is the newly restored Caminito del Rey which we had booked onlinepreviously. This vertiginous walkway between two dams was an amazing day trip which is highly recommended. The owner, Neil was so friendly and helpful too. Not only changing the chilled water and ensuring we were happy, but arranging for a local lady to cook a paella valenciana for us, and on another occasion he booked a fantastic group salsa lesson on the upstairs floor. The view from that balcony over the mountains will remind us of the fun we had and the all-round good value of a holiday at Casa Aventura. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it & book a return trip

“Great Fun for All the Family”

There were 13 of us of all ages from 3 to 55 and everyone was catered for from lounging around to playing air hockey. The villa is clean and tidy and there is loads of space to have quiet time if needed. Kitchens are well equipped and have everything you need. Neil and Sharon were great hosts and offered advice on places to visit. Our recommends are for the wrinklies Malaga old town and marina Ronda Walk around Benemadina marina Alora Cartama for a coffee in the morning. Kids and Youngsters: Safari park Tivoli Gardens opens at 1730 - 0100hrs (get the kids to have a sleep before you go) Aerial Walkway at El Chorro book in advance. Loads of beaches. A car is highly recommended but the train from Town to Malaga is 2.10Euro. Thank you Neil and Sharron Mark

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Neil (the owner) a message.

If Neil (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
