This Beautiful Modern Tastefully Decorated Detached family Cottage is set on 0.5 acres of lawned grounds, plenty of space for children to play football etc, there is a picnic table outside, where you can enjoy lovely views of Muckish Mountain or the beautiful hills of glen at the rear of the property. The property consists of 3 Double bedrooms with modern furniture, 1 bedroom is ensuite with a large shower & WC, Large Family bathroom with separate shower, bath & WC. There is a comfortable sitting room with a Cast Iron open fireplace. The kitchen is a large family kitchen/diner with a fully fitted modern kitchen and separate dining area with luxury dining table & Chairs, there is a separate utility with laundry facilities. The hallway, bedrooms & sitting room have Solid Oak Flooring throughout, bathrooms, kitchen & utility have modern tiled flooring, there is an Iron and iron board, freestanding clothes airier/dryer and an outside rotary washing line. Enjoy Stunning incredible Beaches on your doorstep, including my favourite Tramore Beach also Downings (Blue Flag), Melmore & Tra na Rossan. Play Golf at the magnificent Rossapenna Golf Club, featuring 36 hole golf links course and driving range, this is located approx 3 km from the property. Other superb courses in the general locality are Dunfanaghy & Portsalon. Go Pony Trekking along the beach at the Carrigart Riding Stables, approx 4 km. Visit the enchanting Ards Forest, Explore nearby Doe Castle, Visit Glenveagh National Park with 16,000 hectares of mountains, lakes wood and bogs. Glenveigh contains the largest Red Deer population in Europe. Within the National Park Glenveagh Castle & gardens are well worth a visit on their own.
Downings is a major water sport and sea fishing centre, enjoy the full range of water sports in the clear waters of Sheephaven Bay, there is also the fully equipped Magherabeg Leisure Centre with a 20m indoor heated swimming pool and an incredible children's indoor play centre available for hosting children's parties.
Climb Muckish and Errigal, take a day trip to Tory Island, Explore numerous peaceful roads, country lanes, mountain & forest walks/tracks.

“5Star Cottage”

Have just returned from 7 days at Tramore Cottage, the cottage is perfect, and has everything you need. The decor is bright and modern. The cottage has a lovely garden with a visiting hare in the evening. The owner Margaret was just fantastic both before and during our stay.So if you are looking for somewhere to relax or for a base to tour around North West Donegal look no further then Tramore Cottage,
