Perth Weather and Climate: Perth has a mediterranean climate and is located in one of only five mediterranean climate zones in the world. So if you enjoy sight-seeing, outdoor activities, warm sunny days, or lazing on clean sandy beaches, Perth is the perfect destination for your next holiday.

"Close to perfect!"

Our family had the honour of being the first paid guests in this house in June 2013. Right from the beginning Sharon made us feel welcome as she had arranged a picnic basket for us. It was really helpful as we arrived only after the supermarkets had been closed as it was Saturday evening. We cooked and lived our normal life and never felt very strongly that something is lacking in the house. The house was in an excellent state of cleanliness and the equipment and furniture were of good standard. The area is very nice and peaceful suburb, supermarket is nearby as is the school football field for children. Just a little bit of drive away there is a big shopping centre for other retail needs. There are lots of family activities "nearby": Hillary's Boat Harbour, The Maze, Go Bananas playground as well as the Caversham Wildlife Park. Actual Perth city center is 40km away, but for us it was no big deal. We drove there only three times during our three week stay. The negatives: Tumble drier was not working properly No dish washing machine Overall, I am very happy with my suburb home rental and can not think of many things how to do things better than this.

Hi Hannu, Thank you so much for your lovely review and also for taking great care and leaving the home in perfect condition. The Tumble drier has been replaced with a nice new one and we have decided to have a dishwasher installed very soon. Please don't hesitate to contact us should you wish to stay in Perth again. Best wishes Sharon & John
