Leading off from the lounge is a second bathroom with a large shower cubicle and toilet and sink unit. new washing machine installed.The kitchen contains all new electrics cooker with oven and grill, ceramic hob, extractor, microwave fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and large sink. All cutlery required for stay supplied.The dining area is separate to the kitchen. Large glass table with six chairs, Above a large ceiling fan with dimmer lights..Also the veranda enjoys early afternoon sun until sundown. table and chairs are on the veranda to enjoy outside relaxing and /or eating.the veranda has a peaceful view and situated on a quiet side of the complex.The apartment is on the second floor and has access by lifts and / or stairs.Outside of the apartment block without any walking one is beside the beautiful mature gardens with topical plants and colours. the lower level pool is situated here and is ideal for small children and families. all groups of people enjoy to sunbathe on the lawned gardens or enjoy the restaurant/ bar onsite by the pool opening early for breakfast and closing late. Drinks,.meals or light snacks are on offer through the day. wi-fi signal may be obtained at the bar. Has pool table. The upper level of the complex has more mature gardens and beautiful views of the famous mountains and a second Olympic size pool with a smaller pool for toddlers.both pools are watched by attendant life guards.tennis courts are on the lower ground floor for all guests staying to enjoy.security guard walks the complex 24/7. the premises is well lit at night.

The Costa del Sol region

There are two supermarkets, chemist, food- excellent range/variety of restaurants, café's. take away foods, daily freshly baked hot bread at all times available, flower shop, art shops, petrol station all within five mins walk from the complex.

From La Carolina across the road and walk five minutes brings you directly down to the beach where the sand is white and the sea is clear and free of pollution. The beach offers many bars, café's and restaurants walking along the promenade known as the golden mile as you stroll towards Puerto Banus or stroll the other direction into old Marbella town both a must. Bikes may be hired for a day or however long you wish.Bike hire is across the road from the complex.

The beach has some lovely beach bars with traditional BBQ - sardines are well known to be cooking as it is the main daily catch.
Relax on beach chairs and umbrellas which are available to hire daily. Or enjoy water sports also located in safe areas for the adventurous to enjoy in groups or solo.
Life guards are on patrol in peak times flags show where they are patrolling.
Along the promenade is an information office just set back from the beach which can assist you on trips and places you may be interested to sight see.

la carolina is so central to all amenities one does not need to hire a car to travel around. cars are easily available at competitive prices and can be collected at the airport when arranged in advance.buses run regularly and do not cost very much a little more than a euro will get you to most destinations. Puerto Banus 15 mins via transport offers all one wants to do as a tourist also a great spot for golfing / yachting and for night time it comes alive with clubs and bars. a well known social spot for the young at heart who wish to dance the night.

From La Carolina a twenty min. walk or 10 min by bus leads you to marbella town a must to visit and go into the "old town" and see the orange square filled with orange trees. restaurants, bars and café's are in abundance with great local dishes and european menus.the square offers shops too many to name but all with great variety of wares both local and modern culture.

Carolina Park

Marbella has a wealth of history very suitable for families, couples and people who like to travel alone. Carolina Park has a strong
Spanish touch and feel to it and the locals are very friendly, most speak some or full English. Relax by the pool or by the gardens and enjoy local food and drink, one never has to move really away from the complex.
Carolina Park is on the golden mile, a stroll one direction will take you to old Marbella town with is quaint orange square and superb cuisine in all the many restaurants.. There is plenty to see and do as the history of Marbella starts in the old town. All original buildings that locals live in and a much loved and beautiful church open to all to visit. Shops will dassle most people and always a gift for oneself or a gift to be taken home.Go on the miniature train ride an engine pulling its open carriages for anyone who wishes to know more of the points of interest are in and around the town.

Another occasion take a walk 40 minutes or bus ride or taxi - 15 minutes to Puerto Banus. This bustling area is full of glitter and Yachts. Loved by all for different reasons, shopping, golf, restaurants, art gallery's , craft making shops selling their wares and all the top fashion shops. Banus becomes very alive at night with casinos and night clubs - to be seen is to believe the amazing light shows they do in the clubs is worth the visit alone.
There is also a ferry to take an excursion from Marbella marina to Puerto Banus and return, for those who love the sea route.

There are wonderful sights further into the hills and mountains Such as Rhonda being one of the many tourist's favourite. All this information with maps and more can be gathered at the tourist office in Marbella.

You are met on arrival and shown the complex and around the apartment and given the keys. Your greeter will assist you from day one to your last day with any queries or if any problems occur in the apartment whilst you are there. The greeter lives on location and will give you her phone number. You will be informed where the beach is, shops,chemist, car parks, town, restaurants and any one queries you may have ? You are also met when leaving.and advice re travel to airport can be discussed in advance.
