Enviably located on South Lakes Leisure Village, the proud recipient of the David Bellamy Gold Conservation Award and a Visit Britain 5* Park is our Large Luxury Lodge.
The Lodge with lake views is light and spacious and offers a very comfortable and relaxing stay in wonderful surroundings.
The Open plan lounge/dining area has 2 reclining leather sofas, a living flame electric fire , Smart HD TV with built in DVD. WIFI connection.
French doors lead out onto the spacious decking area.
The Dining Area comfortably seats 6.
The Kitchen is well equipped with Electric Oven and Gas Hob, built in Fridge Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster, Dolce Gusto coffee machine and a Blender/Juicer.
The Master bedroom has built in wardrobes, matching bedside tables, TV ,hairdryer and a ensuite shower room with electric shaver point, heated towel rail and Amtico flooring.
An additional Double bedroom and twin bedroom both with fitted wardrobes.

Outside is a large decked seating area where you can enjoy Alfresco dining or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the view. There is also a BBQ for your use.
There is parking at the lodge for two medium sized cars.
The private lake is suitable for Fishing, Kayaking, Windsufing or Sailing (using your own equiptment).
There is a small beach, a large playing field, Leisure facilities which include a Fully Equipped Gymnasium, Fitness Suite and Classes, Indoor Heated Pool and a Steam Room (charges apply), Pure Essence Beauty Salon and Waters Edge Restaurant and Bar (Takeaway available).
For Watersport enthusiasts Club Nautique is a five minute walk.
Arnside and Silverdale Areas of Outstanding Beauty along with the acclaimed Leighton Moss RSPB Bird Reserve are a 10 minute drive.
The Longlands Hotel rated 4* is within walking distance along with Greenlands Farm Village where you will find a Childrens Indoor Play Area, Wine shop and a Cafe serving organic home cooked food.
A 30 minute drive will see you in the heart of the Lake district or the Yorkshire Dales...
The rental price includes all Gas and Electricity, Bedding, Towels and Cleaning.
Also provided is an Iron and Ironing Board, A selection of DVDs, Games and Books.
Please bring your own towels for use at Gymnasium/Pool.
We provide in lodge WIFI for your use.
Please note we do not accept Stag / Hen parties.

We have stayed at South Lakeland Leisure a few times previously but we found this was the best lodge so far. It is pet friendly on request, our dog is tiny, with a fabulous view of the lake. It is set one row back from the lake but the lake view is very clear. Spotlessly clean and everything that you need is there. The owners are very friendly and will answer any questions. Bathrooms are beautiful as are the bedrooms. Will definitely book again.
Beautiful lodge set in a lovely place. Lodge was very clean and had everything you needed, very comfortable beds and the lovely big white fluffy towels were perfect. Any questions we had were quickly answered by text from the number that was provided. Would definately recommend.
“Great New Year stay”
We stayed for two nights and celebrated New Years eve with our 11 month old. We had a fantastic time, plenty of room, the lodge is great with special Christmas touches. Very highly recommended and we will definitely be staying again. Thank you...
“Beautiful lakeside long cabin”
I would highly recommend Lakeside 19 for a family break, whether you're touring the lakes or just having some well deserved R&R it's the perfect cabin in a perfect location. Vicky the owner provided us with everything we needed to have a relaxing and stress free weekend!

We stayed at lodge this last week. It’s our third time at Carnforth, first time in this lodge. It was extremely comfortable with all amenities to hand and the added little extras with thanks to the very kind and helpful owner. Couldn’t have asked for more. We loved it. Will definitely be back. You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrew & Victoria (the owner) a message.
If Andrew & Victoria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
