Description

1 bedroom garden flat in an exceptional location, 20 yards from the beautiful Legenese beach in Carnac. The flat offers a fully equipped kitchenette with multi-functions oven, fridge and freezer, a shower room and separate toilets. it sleeps up to 4 persons (brand new double sofa bed in the sitting room and 2 bunk beds in the bedroom) and has access to a private terrace and garden with sun-lounger, table, chairs and barbecue). A secure garage is also available at no extra cost.
The Yacht Club Sailing school, the Thalasso Marine spa, Carnac Plage with its extensive selection of supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and clubs are all within a leisurely 15mn walking distance. Dozens of immaculate, secluded beaches, the world famous standing stones, the sea resort of Quiberon as well as the city of Lorient and its airport are a few minutes drive away.
Available on a weekly basis only (Saturday PM to Saturday AM). A deposit of £250/EUR300 is also required.

Carnac is a family orientated resort on the southern coast of beautiful Brittany. Stringent development and building policies by the current and past administrations have ensured that the town has preserved its traditional atmosphere whilst offering everything one could want for a relaxing holiday by the sea. Carnac's location means that it benefits from a higher than average sunshine and less rain than Biarritz !!!
Minutes away on foot from the flat, you'll find a vast selection of restaurants, creperies, bars and shops catering for all tastes and budgets. It being France, you are never far away from a bakery where you can taste the local speciality: kouign amann which will delight your tastebuds but ruin your waistline... In central Carnac-Plage, the artisan ice-cream seller, l'Igloo, is an institution offering over 150 flavours ranging from the traditional chocolate to the more surprising beetroot.
For those who do not want to spend all day on the immaculate beach, the marine spa and sailing school are within walking distance as is the casino.
