Situated on a half acre site of matured gardens the property is less than 1 mile from the beautiful medieval village of Carlingford.

The property boasts beautiful views of Carlingford Lough, Slieve Foy and the Mourne Mountains.

This large dormer style bungalow boasts 6 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen/living area and a separate sitting room.

The upstairs area has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with an electric shower.

Bedroom 1"The Penthouse" has 2 double beds, a 3 seater recliner couch and a 55 ins flat screen TV with surround sound system. It also has a walk out patio area which overlooks views of Carlingford Lough and the Mourne Mountains.

Bedroom 2 is a double room with ample storage space.

Bedroom 3 has both a queen size and single bed sleeping 3 people. It also has a walk out patio area which overlooks views of Carlingford Lough and the Mourne Mountains.

Downstairs

Bedroom 4 has a double and single bed and has ample storage space.

Bedroom 5 is a double room with built in wardrobes and is en-suite.

Bedroom 6 also has a double and single bed. The downstairs bathroom is the main bathroom and has recently been refurbished.

The property sleeps 16 people comfortably.

The outside area comprises of 2 beautiful private mature gardens suitable for barbecue/ relaxing or playing outdoor games. This property has plenty of private parking space.

This spacious property is only 3km from Greenore port where the Scenic Carlingford ferry travels over to Greencastle, County Down. This is the perfect day out for all the family.

Carlingford is a village offering plenty of facilities and activities that are a huge hit for hen parties, family gatherings and birthday parties. The carlingford adventure centre provides activities like sailing over the beautiful Lough or a day in ‘Sky Park’ where you can zip line to your hearts content.

Carlingford has a range of fabulous restaurants and pubs which tend to be hot spots of a Saturday evening. Carlingford is the ideal location for a beautiful meal to be followed by drinks and a night out.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Marie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
