Grange House is a semi-detached barn conversion in the village of Carleton in Craven. It has been owned by our family for many years and has recently been upgraded to include a new kitchen and bathrooms.

It has three bedrooms located on the ground floor, including two large double bedrooms, one of which has a newly created ensuite bathroom, and a twin bedded room. An immaculate family bathroom (with walk in shower and bath) and utility room is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs is a large open plan living and dining room, a newly fitted kitchen and a snug TV room which includes a bed settee. The house therefore sleeps between 6-8 people.

Grange House has been designed to provide the living accommodation on the first floor so that the long distance views towards Skipton and the surrounding Dales countryside can be enjoyed.

Outside is roadside parking to the front of the property together with a small front garden enclosed with a low wall.
