Description

My house has been completely renovated in 2016. It is located 100 meters from the city (door of Narbonne) It is the house closest to the city. It's rare If you want to prepare small dishes, the kitchen is equipped and fully equipped. An American fridge is at your disposal, ice cubes at will !!! It is hot in Carcassonne Living room with a sofa and 2 armchairs Small TV and soundbar to listen to music or watch a good movie. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms: 1 suite (bed 180) with its bathroom and toilet .Television TV. 1 bedroom (bed 160) with a balcony and a magnificent view of the city. Large screen TV. 1 bedroom (2 beds of 90). TV. These 3 bedrooms have an office area for travelers who wish to work while enjoying this beautiful region. Laundry room with washing machine .... Garage and garden. You can have lunch on the terrace facing south (view of the city) and you rest on another terrace in the shade of the fig tree with the song of birds Garage and garden. Convenience near the house (bakery, fishmonger, fruit ....) Since the opening of terraces of Camille, Americans, English, Australians, Spaniards and even a movie production have rented Terraces of Camille and all loved it !!! The house is magic. Important information: rental possible in the month of November 1 to March 31: 850 euros. Charges extra (water and electricity) Water and electricity in addition to the night also from October 1 to March 31 12 euros extra for travelers who arrive after 20 hours . At your departure, Stephanie can do your housework (36 euros) The real holidays for us Women as at the hotel. Do not hesitate to tell me about it. Thank you Happy holidays ..

Getting around

My house is at the gates of the city. (Porte de Narbonne) The house closest to the city. If you come by plane, you have a shuttle that takes you to the house and brings you back to the airport. On foot, the center of Carcassonne is 10 minutes away. You have all the amenities at the foot of the house and many restaurants inside our beautiful citadel. Public transport near the house.

I am Nantaise and as I am far, you will be welcomed by Stéphanie. This person has all my confidence and you can call during your stay. She speaks French, English, Spanish, and a little Italian. She knows the region well and she will give you tourist advice ..... For the house to be beautiful, I put some plants. Can you water them. Thank you. When you leave, Stephanie can do your housework for 36 euros. You can tell me about it. We have 2 beds for baby at your disposal (10 euros per stay and per bed) Barbecue available. House rules

For the period from October 1 to March 31, my rates are very reasonable and I request a package electricity and water and more depending on the number of people. We can talk about it before your booking. No smoking in the house but possible on the terraces. Thank you Cathy

Both Stephanie and Catherine very helpful The house is very well equipped and very close both to the old and 'new' city. Loved having the private drive for our classic car.

Our family of five really enjoyed staying here. It's very clean and has everything you could want. My teenage boys loved the reliable wifi and large tv and I appreciated a well equipped kitchen, huge fridge & comfy beds. You can walk into the city in 5 mins or into the main town across the bridge in 20 mins. Very convenient location and excellent value for money.

How do damage deposits work?
