Seaside Apartment is a part of the exclusive and select development of Fernhill which is a small complex of only 9 apartments. It occupies a superb position with truly fabulous sea views across St Ives Bay and Godrevy Lighthouse.

Carbis Bay is less than 2 miles away from the picturesque harbour side town of St Ives. You can walk into town in around 30 minutes along the beautiful coastal path, or access the town by car or by train. The apartment is also in a great location for local amenities which include a supermarket, chemist, post-office, & leisure facilities.

A warm coastal welcome awaits, this wonderfully light and well equipped apartment offers luxury open plan living at it's very best. Externally there is the benefit of a car parking space, a pretty garden and a private, enclosed outside space with magical views across the bay. Internally this ground floor property features include a lovely bespoke handmade kitchen, dining and lounge area. A contemporary wet room and a beautiful bedroom with sea views.

Kitchen - Bespoke handmade kitchen with Neff dishwasher, Neff fridge/freezer, electric range cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, saucepans, glasses, china crockery, utensils and cutlery. Utility Cupboard - washing machine/dryer. Wet Room - Contemporary fittings with walk in shower, wash basin, WC and chrome ladder heated towel rail. Bedroom - luxury double divan bed with bedside cabinets and lamps. Wardrobe and long mirror, wall mounted TV and French doors leading to large decked area with table and 4 chairs.

There is also a large beautifully maintained shared garden which has a private pathway which leads on to the main coastal path which can take you down to the beach in a few minutes or in the other direction to St Ives town.There is also a bike store for storing your bicycles or surf boards if needed. Your own allocated car parking space.

I like to make sure that all my guests staying at Seaside Apartment firstly receive a warm welcome when entering the apartment. With everything spotlessly clean, fresh linen, fluffy towels and all they need to start there holiday. There is also a welcome information folder in the apartment which, contains a wealth of information everything from train times, beach safety, maps to ideas for great days out. Also as I live close by I am able to ensure that standards are kept high and that guests always have a friendly point of call through their whole holiday experience from the moment you enquire you will be able to contact me direct.

Just say with the decked terrace area to access this you would need to go through either the bedroom french doors or by the outside a gate which means no small child can access this area on their own. The apartment's private garden as you kindly said is a massive feature as of course you have a private outside space. High chairs are available to pre order if needed. Thank you for your great point about the crane, just as you have said yes you can see the crane but everyone in Carbis Bay with a sea view can see the crane as it is in the valley and it does not block any of the stunning sea views plus it will only be temporary situation. I'm so pleased you had a great holiday and enjoyed the fantastic location! Thank you again for choosing to stay at Seaside Apartment and I hope to see you again in the future x

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lucy (the owner) a message.

If Lucy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
