Seaview is a stunning first floor luxury apartment, tastefully decorated and furnished to a high specification, with beautiful sea views from the lounge, both bedrooms, kitchen and balcony. Located just above Carbis Bay Beach, one of the best in the UK, it's less than a 5 minute walk to the water's edge and an ideal base for exploring the many wonderful attractions West Cornwall has to offer.

The property is light and spacious with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a well equipped kitchen and comfortable lounge / diner, all of which lead out onto the balcony with its wonderful sea views across to St Ives. The balcony has a table and four chairs and is a perfect sun trap throughout the afternoon and evening, ideal for having a drink whilst watching the sun go down!

There are flat screen TVs in the lounge and both bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and a sound system with iphone docking. In addition there is a good range of games and books to keep you entertained. Outside the apartment there is a private parking space in addition to visitor parking available on a first come first served basis.

Carbis Bay with its blue flag beach is a great location and easy to reach by road or rail. The small train station located just a stone's throw away will take you into St Ives within 3 minutes and is probably the most scenic journey you are likely to take. Alternatively a walk along the coastal path with its breathtaking views of the bay will take around 20 minutes.

St Ives is a true gem with its cobbled streets, picturesque harbour, golden beaches and abundance of galleries and restaurants. It's easy to see why it was voted the 'best UK coastal resort' for 2012! And don't forget, this is just a taste of what Cornwall has to offer. With the Eden Project, St Michaels Mount, Flambards, Lands End and Paradise Park, to name but a few, there really is something for everyone.

From your King size bed in the master bedroom you will have views over the bay and to Godrevy Lighthouse.

The lounge/diner and both bedrooms have Samsung TV's with Freeview.

Towels and bed linen offer Egyptian Cotton quality giving you a luxurious feel.

The dining area can seat 6 people comfortably, plus you can also seat 4 people at the Kitchen table.

In addition to the family bathroom there is also an en-suite off the master bedroom

A Cot and High Chair are available on request.

The Balcony has a table, 4 chairs and has sea views across to St Ives harbour, as per the main photo.

There is a dedicated parking space in addition to visitor parking available on a first come first served basis.

The apartment is on the first floor of a block that consists of ground, first and second floors, 3 properties in total. There are 3 blocks and we are located in the middle of this small and quiet cul de sac.

It is less than a 5 minute walk to Carbis Bay Beach, which is Blue Flag beach, where you will find a cafe serving hot and cold food, drinks, ice creams and homemade cakes in addition to kayak hire on the beach (depending on the time of year).

The train station is a 2 minute walk from the apartment and the coastal path is on the doorstep!

Getting around

A car will give the most flexibility in getting around, but with the railway stopping on your door step this is an attractive alternative. You can higher bicycles from the hire shop in Hayle which is only 5 minutes away.

“Lovely apartment in excellent location”

Lovely apartment, the best appointed and most comfortable that we have ever stayed in. Everything you could want and more, great attention to detail. The proximity to the beach (a few hundred metres downhill) and small village railway station on a quiet branch-line( perhaps 40 metres) make this a great and convenient location. The 5 minute train journey to St Ives (or pleasant stroll, we are told) had stunning views and are a bonus.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Seaview, the apartment is so welcoming and warm and cosy. Lots of room for a family stay with large bedrooms and a big living room. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch and we enjoyed the chocolates very much! The apartment is spotless and we found everything we needed for the stay. The addition of the cot and high chair to use was great as meant we didn’t have to bring our own. Seaview has wonderful views over Carbis Bay and we were also able to see the fireworks on New Year’s Eve in St Ives. Great location and the coastal walk to st Ives was lovely and the train ride back was great fun for the kids. We will definitively be booking Seaview again, thank you!

Fantastic apartment with all the luxury comforts of home. We had everything we needed and only a few minutes walk from a breathtaking beach. Greeted with a beautiful gift basket which set the holiday off to a great start. Will definitely book here again ⭐️

Very comfortable and plenty of room for 4 adults. Well equipped and good for elderly parents being on one floor after the entrance steps.

“Cannot fault the apartment”

This is our second stay in Ashley's apartment - Comfortable, tasteful, warm, well equipped - in fact fabulous, as before in 2011. Gorgeous views from every window, it is only a short steep walk down to Carbis Bay which we did every day and the train station to St Ives is only 2 minutes away. You could manage without using the car all week but if you run out of food, Tesco is only 5 minutes away. I stayed with my daughter and my two grandchildren, boy aged 14 and girl toddler aged 2. We all enjoyed being in Seaview. Thank you, I very much hope we will be able to return next year.

“Beautiful apartment in great location”

Seaview is a lovely place to stay - spacious, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. As the weather wasn't great it was really nice to have such a comfortable base for our holiday. And the board games came in handy for passing some time waiting for the rain to stop! The location is great. A 2 minute walk to Carbis bay station which is a 5 minute train journey along the stunning coast to St Ives. Just 5 minutes' walk down the hill to the beach. Would recommend to anyone - a fab place for a holiday.

“Beautiful luxury apartment with amazing sea views.”

The location of this apartment is amazing, beautiful sea views from every window. Carbis bay beach is picture perfect. The apartment comes with everything you could possibly need for a luxury holiday away. Furnishings are top end and decor is beautiful, clearly a lot of love and care has gone into this apartment. The beds are very comfortable and we had a good nights sleep each night. Only a 20-25 minute picturesque walk along the coastal path to St Ives where there is an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes and more beautiful beaches. We will definitely be returning.

me and my partner stopped here and was amazed how nice the apartment was. had everything you could ask for, love the area loads to do. we walked into st ives via the coastal path which was relaxing. weather was on our side apart from a bit of hail one day. will defo be booking again soon. The best apartment ive stayed in. thank you for the hamper aswell that was really nice of you.

This appartment really is as good as everyone says: Its really modern, tastefully decorated and has sea views from all windows. The welcome pack is a really nice touch. You virtually have your own train station for easy access to St Ives. The coast path views are stunning too.

How do damage deposits work?
