AZURA is situated in a quiet location away from through traffic and 4 minutes walk to Carbis Bay's beautiful sandy beach. With it's Blue Flag status and sheltered shoreline it is perfect for paddling, playing and swimming; a real children's paradise. New Cafe and shop available in season.Also within easy reach is the beautiful South West coast path, offering a pleasant walk into St Ives and in the opposite direction, to the remote and empty Porth Kidney Sands. The scenic single track railway, which connects the main line at St Erth to St Ives, is a must and Carbis Bay station is close by. For those that like an active holiday, golf, horse riding, tennis, fishing, surfing, scuba diving are all available within easy reach. AZURA has free, reserved parking for one car. West facing and with sea glimpses through the trees, it is perfect for afternoon tea or evening drinks on the balcony. A ground floor apartment , access is excellent with only 5 steps up to the front

The apartment sleeps 4 plus an infant, with 2 Double Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, 1 with a shower, and the other with bath and a shower. Fully fitted kitchen breakfast room with all modern appliances and a large comfortable sitting room.The light and airy sitting room has 2 and 3 seater leather sofas , Dining Table and chairs, 40" Smart TV and DVD player plus books and games for your entertainment. The kitchen/breakfast room is equipped with an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer and table and chairs. High chair available.The master bedroom has a Kingsize bed and built in wardrobe and an ensuite shower room and a 32" TV . The other double bedroom has twin beds and a built in wardrobe. Off the hall there is a family bathroom with bath and shower. Gas central heating is available. All linen including towels is provided, but please use your own beach towels when out.A travel cot and high chair is available, (A Full size cot can be provided at an extra of £25 per week hire rate). No linen is provided for the cot. .The balcony has a table and 4 chairs. There is free Hi Speed fibre Wi Fi.

CORNISH RIVIERA

Situated on the South West coast of the UK, in the county of Cornwall. This beautiful coastline is famous for its micro climate and many tropical plants and palm trees. The sea is an incredible azure blue on the sunny days and offers clean safe swimming and water sports with lifeguarded, blue flag, beaches in season. The weather is generally warmer and sunnier than the rest of the UK and is renowned for its clear bright light which has attracted many famous Artists to be based there.

The whole area is surrounded by miles of glorious golden sandy beaches, rocky coves and wonderful scenery and wildlife.

The South West coastal path going east or west from the property will be a delight for any keen walkers.
The wonder of this area is the huge variety of things that you can choose to do or not to do.

The phrase Sun, Sea and Sand and glorious views, truly fits this part of the Cornish Riviera Coastline.


Carbis Bay

CARBIS BAY/ ST IVES

Carbis Bay is the ideal location for excellent parking and access to St Ives. You can take the scenic train along the coast and be in St Ives and the harbour, in a few minutes, or stroll along the coastal path and be there in 20 minutes. The car is best avoided to St Ives as its cobbled narrow streets are better on foot. The beauty is all around you with tranquil gardens, , to all action sports.

There are open topped bus rides to Penzance which is a fun way to see the local scenery. You can walk across to St Michael's Mount at Low tide, or take the boat at high tide. Famous Cornish Clotted Cream teas and scones are always on offer when you need a pause!

There is so much within easy reach, on foot, by train , bus, or car.

The famous Minnack theatre, the Royal Cornwall Show in June,The Eden Project with their Bio Domes and zip wire thrill ride, National Trust properties to visit, gourmet restaurants for fine dining, the best Fish and Chip shop restaurant half a mile away for easy eating/ take away or dine in. Sports abound such as sailing, golf, fishing ..both lake and sea, horse and pony riding at a local BHS riding school, go karting for the kids and young at heart, play barns for the odd rainy day, Zoos and animal parks. various festivals through out the year. Swimming, Surfing and of course sailing. There is a dive school nearby should you want to take your Padi certificate. Peace and quiet or action and Interest....it is the most wonderful area in the world to visit. You can choose what ever makes your holiday special.
