4 guest rooms, located in the lauragaise countryside, Caraman, between Toulouse and Carcassonne, near the Canal du Midi, Lake Crivito will be a delight for your vacation ! This renovated farmhouse offers an outdoor space and outstanding recreational opportunities : private lake for fishing and boating, superb lagoon pool, beach volleyball and badminton courts, lit bowling alley, giant chess... Function space for 50 people. The dinner and breakfast are served in owners' living room or in the garden, at the onset of warm weather. The hosts, Fred and Christelle, former restaurant, offering good food, gluten-free guarantee (Frederick is allergic). For greater autonomy and comfort, rooms, located in the same building as the owners, have a private entrance. On the ground floor common room with fireplace, tv, corner "tea and coffee" library and board games. BedroomsLanguedoc-Roussillon (1 bed 2 pers. 180) and Toulouse (1 bed 2 pers. 160). Upstairs rooms Haute-Garonne and Midi-Pyrenees (1 bed 2 pers 160.) Attic and equipped with air conditioning (1 bed 2 pers 160.). Each room has a bathroom and a separate wc. In the bedroom Toulouse, bathtub and sink are in the room.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Frederic (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
