In our small Residence harmoniously inserted in the surrounding natural environment with a large terrace overlooking the sea and a well-equipped playground for children, we offer a comfortable apartment ONLY 150 meters REAL from what has been affectionately renamed the "BEACH OF TURTLES" (easily reachable on foot) for the wonderful and very rare show of the hatching of the eggs happened casually during a wedding on the beach in August 2018 ..., you will find both free beach and all the classic bathing services, bar, restaurant ..., moreover you will also be fascinated from the other beaches and coves around part of the Park of "Costa dei Gabbiani". At about 3 km there is the medieval village of Capoliveri renowned for its wonderful location and tourist attractions. At "Elba Serena" Riccardo and Stefania will do everything possible to make you feel welcome guests and to make you make a "Really Serena" holiday ... Beware though "Elba Serena" WE ARE ONLY US (both the Villa "Vista Serena" and the Residence "Elba Serena") "At the beach) and we offer ALL apartments ONLY two-roomed apartments without other dwellings above, DA RICCARDO AND STEFANIA AND NO ANOTHER, it seemed only right to clarify it! The Residence "Elba Serena" where the apartment proposed is situated is only 150 meters from the beach offers apartments up to 5 beds, all with a room always separated from the living room, some are side or sea view, all with private entrance, solarium and own outdoor space; on request it is possible to add an additional bed, they are furnished in a functional way, beds in the bedroom with excellent mattresses, bathroom with shower and window. WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANIMALS. Services included: flat screen TV; DVD player and USB sticks; Private safe; phon; Kitchen equipped with microwave oven; WASHED AND DISHWASHER KITCHEN KITS IN DISHWASHER well assorted "Like New" including supply of new sponge and detergent for dishes for the period of stay, coin-operated washing machine and water softening system to make your showers much more pleasant, Private barbecue, free indoor and outdoor hot showers, well-equipped and fenced play area for children, ping-pong, free Wi-Fi, fenced and covered private parking, ordinary water and gas consumption . With supplement air conditioning or bed and bath linen. Remember: "ELBA SERENA" is ONE! ONLY FROM RICCARDO AND STEFANIA !!! From 15 June 2019 to 7 September 2019 prices are only periodically from Saturday to Saturday, while free stays are accepted in periods other than the above.
