This is a spacious ONE BEDROOM SELF CATERING SUITE which sleeps 2 adults. With a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with separate shower unit it has a FOUR STAR Grading by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa (TGCSA). The FOUR STAR Grading by the TGCSA was reconfirmed recently against the new higher criteria that self-catering establishments such as Highcliffe House in South Africa now have to meet in order to ensure that visitors can be confident in the knowledge of what we claim we actually deliver.

There is a fully fitted kitchen with all of the features and equipment that will meet the needs of the most discerning cook. The fully furnished open plan living area and dining area is also fully furnished to the highest standards and their is a log fire in the living area.

The spacious bedroom has built-in wardrobes and cupboard space with an electronic safe for passports, jewelry etc.

The complete bathroom is en-suite and has a separate shower and bath..

The bedroom is air conditioned.

The apartment has its own private patio area as well as easy access to the communal pool and honesty bar. There is also your own individual braai (barbeque) facility.

Highcliffe House is north facing therefore ensuring full sun all day. Either on the communal patio and or in its solar heated pool one can relax and unwind at any time.

With magnificent views overlooking False Bay and the surrounding mountains Highcliffe House provides a perfect setting to watch the magnificent sunsets that we are famous for.

Gordon's Bay is considered by many as the hidden jewel of the Western Cape and many of our clients return time after time in order to explore the surrounding areas without the hustle and bustle of city life.

Why can't I call Highcliffe (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Highcliffe (the owner) a message.

If Highcliffe (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
