Aledia by the Sea

Post storm: Aledia by the Sea sustained some damages during the storm, and will be ready to accommodate guests in the spring. Be advised that there is no longer a private boardwalk as pictured. See y'all soon!

Accommodates 10 guests (maximum occupancy). Property amenities include gulf front views, elevator, private pool (the pool does not have the option of being heated), bed/bath linens, cable television, WiFi, gas and/or charcoal grill, kitchen stocked with dinnerware/flatware/cookware, and much more. Contact us for details. Pets are not permitted in this particular home.

Aledia by the Sea is a stunning newly built home (built in 2015) located on the coveted north end of Cape San Blas boasting over 2,400 square feet of living space, private pool, private dune walkover, elevator servicing all floors, 3 bedrooms (each with a private full bath), a family suite with a queen sleeper sofa, a set of bunk beds and a private full bath. The owners of Aledia by the Sea have furnished and decorated this lovely beach home with families in mind - finishing every square inch with love.

2019 reservations made after July 1, 2018 include a $250 credit for vacation gear rental. From beach carts, coolers, umbrellas and beach chairs, to more adventurous gear like bikes, kayaks and paddle boards, our partnership with VayK Gear is sure to make for a more enjoyable vacation experience. How do damage deposits work?
